Home loan consultants · WhatsApp marketing

Make the WhatsApp chat the place where the paper list lives and the file moves.

WhatsApp marketing for a home loan consultant means using the chat borrowers already prefer for paper lists, reminders and updates, within the platform's rules and the borrower's consent. GullySales designs those routes and writes the messages.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For home loan consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Borrowers send papers by photograph”

An Indian borrower sends a salary slip as a photo within minutes if asked on WhatsApp, and days later if asked by email. Build the document route around the chat, with a clear naming habit so files are not lost.

  • “A business account separates work from life”

A consultant who uses a personal number mixes borrower papers with family photographs. A business account with a profile, a greeting and a set of quick replies looks reliable and keeps records in one place.

  • “Broadcast lists need consent”

Sending offers to everyone in your contacts feels efficient and irritates the people who never asked. Send only to those who agreed, tell them how to stop and check the platform's current rules on business messaging.

  • “Overseas borrowers need set hours”

An NRI in another time zone cannot reply at your office hour. Agree the hours when you will respond and send the paper list in one message, so they can answer in their own evening.

What we do

What we deliver for home loan consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business account set-up

A business profile with your name, a short description, hours and a greeting that states what you do.

Result: A borrower who opens the chat sees who you are.

  2. Quick replies for common questions

Saved replies for the paper list, the fees statement and the next steps, each reviewed for accuracy.

Result: Your team answers the common questions in the same words.

  3. A document naming and storage routine

A plain rule for naming received papers and moving them to a secure folder.

Result: Papers are filed by borrower, not left in the chat.

  4. Consent-based update lists

Lists of borrowers who agreed to hear from you, with the topic they asked about.

Result: Every message goes to a person who asked.

  5. An NRI chat route

A message sequence and set contact hours for overseas borrowers.

Result: The overseas buyer knows when you will reply.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send loan offers to everyone?
No. Send only to those who agreed, avoid quoting terms that belong to a lender and check the platform's current rules. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, so ask your adviser.
Is it safe to take papers on WhatsApp?
It is convenient but sensitive. Move documents to your secure storage promptly and limit who can see the chat. Tell the borrower how their papers are handled.
Do we need the business API?
Not at the start. A business account with quick replies serves a small team. Consider the API when volume and the number of staff justify the cost.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
