Land surveying companies · Digital marketing

Put every online channel behind one aim: a signed survey.

Digital marketing for a land surveying company joins search, listings, social posts, messages and paid ads into one plan. GullySales chooses the channels that fit your buyers and records which of them produced a signed job.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For land surveying companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Channels are bought one at a time”

A website here, a boosted post there. Without a joined plan, nobody knows which spend produced a survey. Pick fewer channels, give each one an owner, and record every enquiry with its source in one sheet.

  • “Plot buyers and builders sit on different channels”

Landowners come through search and WhatsApp. Developers come through LinkedIn, architects and direct contact. Spending on one for the other wastes the budget. Match each buyer to the channel they use and spend there, rather than splitting money evenly.

  • “Paid ads suit sharp, narrow needs”

A boundary check before registration or a highway corridor survey has a defined buyer. Broad ads for land surveyor reach people with no need. Run ads only for a defined need, such as a boundary check before registration, and send each click to its own page.

  • “A busy office cannot run six channels”

The crew is in the field. A smaller plan done well beats a long list of accounts that nobody feeds. Choose the smaller plan your office can keep going while the crew is in the field.

What we do

What we deliver for land surveying companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. One-page channel plan

Which channels for which buyer, who runs each and what a signed survey from each is worth to you.

Result: You know where effort goes and why.

  2. Website and listing foundation

Survey-type pages, Google profile and contact routes in place before any paid spend.

Result: Paid traffic lands on pages that convert.

  3. Narrow paid campaign for one survey

A single campaign for a defined need, such as pre-registration boundary checks, with its own page and call route.

Result: Ad spend is tied to one measurable service.

  4. Single enquiry sheet

Every call, form and message from every channel entered in one place with its source.

Result: You can count signed jobs by channel.

  5. Review of what to stop

A look at what produced no enquiries, so those channels are dropped.

Result: Effort moves to what brings work.

  6. Landing page per paid campaign

One page for each campaign, repeating the words of the advertisement and offering a call or a form for that need alone.

Result: Every click arrives on a page that matches the advert.

  7. Owner's summary of channels

A plain note on which channels produced signed surveys, which produced calls only and which produced neither.

Result: The next plan starts from evidence, not habit.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What budget do we need?
That depends on your area and your goals, so we give no number here. We recommend starting with the foundation and one narrow campaign, then adding spend where signed work appears.
Do builders respond to digital marketing?
They respond to relevant proof, such as a sample drawing and a clear scope, reached through LinkedIn and architects. Broad ads rarely suit them. Builders also respond to a clear sample drawing and scope, which we place on a page made for them.
How do we keep it manageable?
By fewer channels and named owners. We set up the routines and a short record so one person in your office can keep it running.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
