Office park developers · Content marketing

Publish what a site selection team would otherwise have to ask you for in a call.

Content marketing for an office park is writing the answers a corporate real estate team needs while it compares campuses, such as power backup, efficiency and phasing. GullySales plans and writes those pieces from facts your own team confirms.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For office park developers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The comparison sheet asks the same questions every time”

Efficiency, power, parking ratio, certifications and room to grow appear on every consultant's sheet. If your campus has written answers to those, a team can compare you without a call, and you are not dropped for being hard to read.

  • “A buyer needs material to forward”

The real estate head is rarely the only decision maker. A finance head, an IT head and a global parent read what is passed along. A clear note on the fit-out period and the power plan travels where a brochure does not.

  • “Guides on moving into a city draw the early reader”

A company still deciding between cities reads about talent access, transport and how a lease works in India. A campus that explains these plainly is remembered when the shortlist is drawn.

What we do

What we deliver for office park developers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A comparison guide for your campus

The questions on a consultant's sheet answered in plain text: efficiency, power, parking, certifications and phasing.

Result: The consultant's sheet can be filled from your page.

  2. A fit-out and handover explainer

How a tenant moves from a signed lease to working desks, with the stages your team owns named.

Result: An occupier's finance and IT heads see the steps before the tour.

  3. Pieces on the corridor

Writing on the road, the cluster, the transport links and the talent living nearby, each linked to the buildings that serve it.

Result: Early researchers reach you through the corridor.

  4. Tenant stories with written consent

Short accounts of how a tenant uses the campus, in the tenant's approved words.

Result: Every story has a signed approval behind it.

  5. Facts checked before publication

Every area, power figure and date confirmed by your team in writing before a piece goes out.

Result: No figure appears that your team has not confirmed.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who writes the technical content?
We draft from the plans and notes your engineers and leasing team give us, and they check every figure. We do not invent specifications or fill gaps with guesses; a missing fact stays out until confirmed.
What content works before the building is complete?
Floor plates, a sample test fit, the phasing plan and the fit-out offer. Keep claims about completion to what your approvals support, and have your legal adviser clear anything about sold space.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
