Office park developers · WhatsApp marketing

Put the current floor plate in the broker's hand before the next group message.

WhatsApp marketing for an office park is the use of WhatsApp for broker groups, adviser updates and direct replies to enquiries. GullySales plans what is sent, to whom, and how each reply reaches the leasing record.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For office park developers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Brokers trade inventory in groups”

A local broker holds a dozen requirements and reads group messages between calls. One clear line with the building, floor and a link to the plate gets forwarded. A long brochure in a group is scrolled past.

  • “A number beats a form”

Smaller firms and admin heads message the number on a listing. If it is answered by the front desk without access to the availability sheet, the occupier waits and the next listing gets the chat.

  • “Opted-in contacts are the only list worth having”

Bulk messages to bought lists annoy the very people who sign leases and risk your number. A list of advisers and occupiers who agreed to hear from you is smaller and holds the right readers.

What we do

What we deliver for office park developers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business number for leasing enquiries

A WhatsApp Business profile with the campus name, address, a short description and a link to the pack.

Result: An enquiry reaches a number that answers for the campus.

  2. A one-line update format for broker groups

A standard message for a new floor, a let floor or a phase handover, with a link to the plate.

Result: Brokers receive the same clear format each time.

  3. Saved replies from your leasing team

Answers on power, parking, shuttle and fit-out, written once and checked for facts.

Result: The first reply to an enquiry is accurate.

  4. A consent record

Who agreed to receive messages, from which source and on what date.

Result: Every contact on the list has a recorded yes.

  5. Chats logged into the requirement record

The company, role and need from each chat saved to the CRM with the date.

Result: A conversation on WhatsApp is not lost when a phone changes hands.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send floor updates to every broker?
Send them to brokers who have agreed to receive updates, with an option to stop. Check the platform's current rules on business messaging, and keep the list to people you work with.
Should leasing staff use personal numbers?
No. A personal number leaves with the employee along with the chat history. A business number held by the company keeps the conversations with the campus.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
