Property consultants · WhatsApp marketing

Use the app families already trust to share a shortlist and a site-visit plan.

WhatsApp marketing for a property consultant means using the business number for enquiries, shortlists, site-visit plans and updates to households that have agreed to hear from you. GullySales works on the setup, the templates and the consent that keep the chat useful.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For property consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The family expects a reply on the app, not an email”

A buyer sends a location pin or a screenshot of a brochure and expects an answer in the same chat. A consultant who replies on email loses the thread, and sometimes the enquiry.

  • “Property documents and photographs travel over chat”

Brochures, floor plans, site photographs and a shortlist all move through the app. Without a clear way to label and find them, the chat becomes a buried archive.

  • “Broadcasting launches to every contact breaks trust”

A family that asked about a resale flat does not want ten launch messages. Lists divided by brief and stage let each household receive only what fits.

  • “The phone number is also your name”

A personal number mixed with family messages looks informal to a seller. A business number with a profile, a greeting and stated hours reads as a firm.

What we do

What we deliver for property consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business profile and catalogue

A business profile with your name, areas, services and a clear line on how you are paid.

Result: A new contact sees who you are before the first reply.

  2. Quick replies for common questions

Saved answers on fee, process, documents needed and what a first meeting covers.

Result: The common first question gets the same clear answer each time.

  3. Labels and lists by stage and brief

Contacts tagged as buyer, seller, investor or NRI, and by stage, so each message reaches the right household.

Result: You can message a group without sending a stranger the wrong thing.

  4. A shortlist and site-visit message format

A standard way to send a shortlist with reasons and a visit plan with times, routes and what to carry.

Result: The family receives one clear plan, not scattered messages.

  5. A consent and opt-out routine

A line asking whether the buyer is happy to hear from you on the app, with a simple way to stop.

Result: Every contact on your lists has agreed to be there.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can I send promotional messages to everyone in my contacts?
No. Message people who have agreed to hear from you, and check the platform's current rules on business messaging. Bulk sending to people who did not ask harms the number and your name.
Should I use the Business app or the API?
The Business app suits a solo consultant or small team. A growing firm that needs several agents on one number may move to the API through an approved provider. Choose by your volume, not by novelty.
Can I share client documents over chat?
Only what the client has agreed to send, and not identity or bank documents unless the work truly needs them. Check data duties with your own adviser and delete what you no longer need.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
