Property valuation services · Local SEO

Appear on the map when an owner in your city searches for a valuer near them.

Local SEO for a valuer means a complete Google Business Profile and consistent listings, so an owner searching near me finds your office and your service area. GullySales sets these up and keeps them accurate.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For property valuation services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Valuers travel to the property, the owner does not travel to you”

A listing that shows only an office pin hides the fact that you visit sites across a district. The service area on the profile should match the places you actually go.

  • “A near me search comes with urgency”

An owner with a bank letter asking for a valuation report, or a family fixing a date for partition, calls the first firm that answers. A profile with a working phone number and clear hours matters more than a long description.

  • “Service entries tell Google what you value”

A profile that lists residential, commercial and land valuation as services helps the match. A profile that says only consultant matches nothing in particular.

  • “Reviews from valuation clients need care”

A report may be confidential and a client may not wish to be named. Ask for feedback only where the client is comfortable, never offer anything in return, and reply to every review in a neutral tone.

What we do

What we deliver for property valuation services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Google Business Profile setup

Name, address, service area, hours, services and a plain description, verified and consistent with the website.

Result: Your profile is complete and matches your site.

  2. Service area definition

A list of the cities and localities you visit, entered on the profile and repeated on the site.

Result: The profile shows where you actually travel.

  3. Listing consistency check

Your firm name, address and phone number checked across the directories owners and banks look at.

Result: One spelling of the name and address everywhere.

  4. A review request note

A short message asking a satisfied client for feedback, with no gift or discount attached.

Result: A standard note ready to send after a report.

  5. Photo and post routine

Office photos and short posts about document guides, with no client property shown.

Result: The profile shows a working office, not a blank page.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we show client property photos?
Do not post a client's property without written permission. Valuation is confidential work, so we use office and team photos and general document guides.
Does the profile need a shop-front office?
The office address you register must be real and match your records. Check the platform's current rules on service-area businesses before you set it up.
How do we handle a bad review?
Reply politely, offer to take the conversation offline and do not discuss the client's report in public. Keep the reply short and factual.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
