Property valuation services · Search engine optimisation

Rank pages for the reason a person needs a value, not for the word valuation alone.

SEO for a valuation firm means writing pages that match what an owner types when a report is needed, such as a valuation for inheritance or for a loan. GullySales builds those pages and the technical basics behind them, without promising a rank.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For property valuation services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The searcher names the purpose, not the service”

People type valuation for partition, valuation for a flat sale or valuation for capital gains. A site that only says property valuation services has no page that answers any of those.

  • “Document questions are search questions”

Owners ask what papers a valuer needs before the visit. A clear page on sale deed, sanctioned plan, tax receipts and encumbrance papers gets read, and it reduces the missing-paper delays you face on site.

  • “Credentials must be readable by the visitor”

A visitor checks whether the valuer is registered and for which asset class. A page that states registration details plainly, exactly as your registering body allows, gives that visitor a reason to stay.

  • “City and area pages need real content”

A page with only a city name swapped in reads as empty. A page that names the localities you visit and the property types you value in that city is worth keeping.

What we do

What we deliver for property valuation services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each valuation purpose

Loan, inheritance, partition, capital gains, insurance and joint development, each with who reads the report and what to bring.

Result: Each purpose has its own page that can be found by a search.

  2. A document checklist page

One page listing papers for each property type, written in plain words and ready to print.

Result: The owner can print one list before the site visit.

  3. City and locality pages

Pages for the cities you cover, naming the property types and the localities you actually visit.

Result: Each page says something true about that city.

  4. Technical clean-up of the site

Page titles, headings, speed, mobile layout and internal links, checked against the pages that matter.

Result: A short checklist of fixes with each one marked done.

  5. Search tracking set up

Tracking of which searches bring visitors and which pages lead to a call.

Result: You can see which pages bring calls.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can you promise first-page ranking?
No. Nobody can promise a rank. We build pages that match real searches and fix the site's basics, then show you what is bringing visitors.
Should the site show our fee?
We do not write fees for you. Rules on how a registered valuer may advertise depend on the registering body, so check with your own adviser or council before anything goes live.
Will SEO bring bank work?
Bank and NBFC work comes through empanelment, so search helps with owners and advisers who look you up. Lenders may also check your site when you apply, so it should be accurate.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
