Property valuation services · Website

Build a site where a credit officer and an owner each find what they came to check.

A website for a valuation firm is where a lender checks your registration and an owner learns which report they need. GullySales plans the pages, writes the copy with you and builds a site that loads on a phone.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For property valuation services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first visitor is checking you”

A credit team or an adviser opens your site to see registration, property types, areas and staff. If those are hard to find, the visit ends there.

  • “The owner needs a path by purpose”

A visitor who needs a value for inheritance should land on a page that says what the report is, what to bring and how to reach you. A single services page makes them guess.

  • “A phone call must be one tap away”

Owners will phone. A click-to-call button and a WhatsApp link, visible on every page on a phone, matter more than a long about page.

  • “Fee and claim wording needs care”

Do not display a fee, a ranking or a promise of acceptance by a lender unless your registering body allows it. Rules on how a registered valuer may advertise depend on the registering body, so check with your own adviser or council before anything goes live.

What we do

What we deliver for property valuation services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page map for the site

Home, purposes, property types, documents, areas, credentials and contact, with a plan for each.

Result: A written list of pages before anything is built.

  2. Purpose and document pages

One page per reason for a valuation, each with its document list.

Result: An owner finds their situation in one click.

  3. A credentials and capability page

Registrations, asset types, areas and staff, stated as your body allows.

Result: A lender sees the facts without asking.

  4. A mobile layout with call and WhatsApp buttons

A site that reads well on a phone, with the two contact buttons in view.

Result: The contact buttons show on every page.

  5. An enquiry form that asks the purpose

A short form for purpose, property type and city.

    Result: Each enquiry arrives labelled.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can you fix ours?
We review what you have first. If the pages and structure can carry the purposes and credentials, we fix them. If not, we rebuild.
Can we show sample reports?
A sample must hide every client detail and match your body's rules. We prefer a redacted outline of the report's sections that you approve.
Who owns the site?
You do. The domain and the content are yours, and we hand over the access details.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
