Real estate investment advisors · Search engine optimisation

Be the page a buyer reads while comparing two corridors.

SEO for an investment adviser means writing the pages that answer the comparisons a buyer searches, such as plots against rented shops or one growth corridor against another. GullySales works on those pages, their structure and the way they link to each other.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For real estate investment advisors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers search the choice, not the service”

Nobody types real estate investment adviser into a search box for the first time. They type the corridor, the asset and the doubt, such as whether a pre-launch is safe. Pages built on those doubts are the ones a stranger reaches.

  • “An NRI reads before replying”

Someone abroad seldom calls on the first visit. They read three or four pages, check who wrote them, and return later. Each page needs a named author, a clear way to reach you and a line saying which corridors you actually know.

  • “Copied brochure text sinks a page”

Paragraphs lifted from a developer's brochure read the same as the developer's own site and tell the searcher nothing new. A page carrying your reasons for caution on a corridor is different from every other page about it.

  • “Careless claims carry a cost here”

Return figures and promises of appreciation draw regulatory attention and lose trust. A page that explains how you judge a corridor, without quoting outcomes, is safer and reads as more honest to a careful reader.

What we do

What we deliver for real estate investment advisors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A search plan by corridor and asset

A list of the plots, flats, shops and offices you advise on, with the comparisons buyers raise about each.

Result: You know which pages to write first and why.

  2. Written corridor and asset pages

Pages with your own reasoning, your cautions and a clear next step.

Result: Each page reads as yours and cannot be mistaken for a brochure.

  3. Author and credentials page

Who you are, what you have studied, how you are paid and which projects you decline.

Result: A reader can judge you before the first call.

  4. Technical clean-up

Titles, headings, page speed on a phone, and links between related pages.

Result: The site is easy for a search engine to read and a buyer to use.

  5. Search performance record

The queries and pages that bring visitors, set beside the enquiries that follow.

Result: You can see which pages bring buyers worth a call.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these real estate investment advisors.

  • Independent advisers who counsel individual families on buying land or flats as an investment
  • Advisers focused on NRI buyers and their family offices in India
  • New-launch specialists who work with several developers as channel partners and check RERA registration before advising a booking
  • Plot and land corridor specialists around growth areas such as Devanahalli, Hoskote or Sarjapur
  • Rental yield advisers working on commercial shops, offices and co-living buildings
  • Advisory arms of wealth managers and CA firms that include property in a client's plan
  • Fractional and managed real estate platforms that pool smaller investors, where SEBI rules on pooled schemes apply
  • Retired professionals and solo consultants advising friends and former colleagues

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can you guarantee a first-page ranking?
No. Nobody can promise a ranking. We build pages that answer real questions and report what the search tools show, so you can judge the work on evidence.
Should we publish on the NRI route separately?
Yes, a separate page for the overseas buyer is useful. It can cover how you work across time zones, what the buyer needs ready, and which questions you answer before a call, without quoting any outcome.
Do we need a blog to rank?
Not a blog as such. You need pages that answer specific buyer questions. Whether they sit under a blog heading or elsewhere matters less than whether they carry your own reasoning.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
