Real estate investment advisors · Website

Give a stranger enough reason to trust you before the first call.

A website for an adviser is the place a buyer goes to decide whether you are a person or a pitch. GullySales works on its structure, the pages that carry your reasoning, and the routes that turn a reader into a call.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For real estate investment advisors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site is checked after the introduction”

A buyer who was given your name opens your site to see if you match the description. A stock skyline and the words investment solutions give no reason to continue. Names, corridors and a plain account of your method do.

  • “How you are paid should be easy to find”

Buyers suspect that advice is shaped by commission. A page stating whether you take developer commission, a fee or both, and which projects you decline, answers that doubt before it is voiced.

  • “A phone is the main screen”

An NRI's parent in Mysuru may read your site on an older handset. Large text, short paragraphs and a call button that works matter more than a clever design. Pages that load slowly are abandoned.

  • “Each corridor page needs a next step”

A reader who finishes a page on Hoskote and finds no way to speak to you drifts off. Each page should end with one clear action, such as a short form or a WhatsApp message, and no more than one.

What we do

What we deliver for real estate investment advisors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map built around buyers

Corridor pages, asset pages, an NRI page, a page on how you are paid, and a contact route.

Result: Every buyer type has a page that speaks to them.

  2. Plain-language page writing

Text in your voice with no developer brochure phrases, reviewed by you before it is live.

Result: The words are yours and you can defend each claim.

  3. An about page with credentials

Your background, your qualifications, the regulations you work under and how to check them.

Result: A reader can verify who you are.

  4. Contact routes for home and abroad

A call button, a short form and a WhatsApp link, each logged to the enquiry record.

Result: A buyer in any time zone has a way in.

  5. Phone-first build and speed check

Layout and loading tested on ordinary handsets and mobile connections.

Result: The site opens and reads well on a phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these real estate investment advisors.

  • Independent advisers who counsel individual families on buying land or flats as an investment
  • Advisers focused on NRI buyers and their family offices in India
  • New-launch specialists who work with several developers as channel partners and check RERA registration before advising a booking
  • Plot and land corridor specialists around growth areas such as Devanahalli, Hoskote or Sarjapur
  • Rental yield advisers working on commercial shops, offices and co-living buildings
  • Advisory arms of wealth managers and CA firms that include property in a client's plan
  • Fractional and managed real estate platforms that pool smaller investors, where SEBI rules on pooled schemes apply
  • Retired professionals and solo consultants advising friends and former colleagues

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should the site show projects for sale?
Only if you advise on them and have checked their registration. A list of projects can read like a sales board. Pages of reasoning on corridors build more trust than a catalogue.
May we list testimonials?
Be careful. Client privacy and the rules on advertising by your profession apply, so check with your own council or adviser before publishing any. Pages that describe your method carry less risk.
Who owns the site once it is built?
You should. Agree this at the start, along with the domain and hosting accounts, so that you can move or change the site without needing our help.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
