Real estate legal consultants · Search engine optimisation

Be the page a buyer finds when the question is about a title, not about law in general.

SEO for a real estate legal practice is the work of making each kind of property matter findable by the people searching about it, from a flat buyer asking about a title search to a landowner asking about a joint development agreement. GullySales works on the pages, the wording and the site structure behind those searches.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For real estate legal consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Searchers ask about a document, not about a practice area”

Someone types a question about a sale deed, an encumbrance certificate or a khata, not the phrase property law. A site organised by your branches of law misses the question being asked.

  • “One page for every matter blurs them all”

Title verification, RERA complaints, partition and tenancy are separate searches with separate readers. When all sit on one services page, none of them is the clear answer to any of them.

  • “State rules change the answer”

Registration, stamp duty, revenue records and RERA forums differ between states. A page that names the state and the local office reads as written by someone who works there, and the reader sees it.

  • “Trust is read before the first call”

The searcher looks for a named advocate, a bar enrolment, a real office and a plain account of what is covered. A page that hides these loses the reader to a page that shows them.

What we do

What we deliver for real estate legal consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A search map of property questions

The questions buyers, landowners, heirs and tenants actually type, grouped by matter and by the state you work in.

Result: A list of questions, each assigned to one page.

  2. A page for each matter

Separate informational pages for title opinion, builder-buyer agreements, RERA, JDAs, partition and tenancy, each written for one reader.

Result: Each matter has its own address on your site.

  3. State and city pages where you practise

Pages that name the forums, registration offices and records of the places you appear in, written by you or checked by you.

Result: The pages name the offices a local reader would know.

  4. Advocate profile and office details

A clear profile with enrolment, areas of practice, office address and how to reach you, kept the same everywhere it appears.

Result: The same facts appear on the site and on every listing.

  5. Tracking of searches that bring enquiries

Search queries that led to a contact form or call, read against the matters you wanted.

Result: You can see which pages brought the matters you take.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Will our site rank first for property lawyer?
We do not promise rankings. A broad phrase is shared by every firm in the city. Specific pages on specific matters give a reader a reason to choose you, and we build those.
Can we publish articles on the law?
Informational articles suit a practice, but what advocates may publish is set by the Bar Council and differs in how it applies. Show us a draft and check it against your own rules before it goes live.
Do we need a page for every city?
Only for the places where you appear and know the offices. A city page written from a template with no local detail adds little for the reader and nothing for you.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
