Real estate legal consultants · Social media

Use social media to be known as the advocate who explains property papers plainly.

Social media for a real estate legal practice is a place to publish general, informational notes about property documents so that people who later need an advocate already recognise your name. GullySales works on what is posted, where, and how it is checked against your Bar Council rules before it goes out.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For real estate legal consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The audience is a buyer who is not yet a client”

The reader scrolling is a person about to buy a flat or sell a plot, not someone looking for a lawyer today. A post that explains one document earns the recognition that a notice of your practice does not.

  • “Posting about a case breaks confidence”

A win, a client name or a dispute described with its details is both a conduct question and a breach of the client's trust. General explanation of how a document works is the safe subject.

  • “LinkedIn and WhatsApp reach different people”

LinkedIn reaches the CA, the banker and the developer who may refer matters. WhatsApp reaches the family sharing a note about a flat. A post written for one reads wrongly on the other.

  • “An inactive profile looks like an inactive practice”

A page with nothing for a long stretch tells a visitor that the firm is quiet. A small number of careful posts, kept up, is better than a burst followed by silence.

What we do

What we deliver for real estate legal consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A bank of subjects for general notes

Document by document topics, such as what a sale deed records, what an encumbrance certificate shows and why a completion certificate matters.

Result: A list of subjects, each cleared by you before posting.

  2. A review step against Bar Council rules

Every post is read against your rules by you before publication, and a post you doubt is dropped.

Result: Nothing goes out that you have not approved.

  3. Profiles set up with plain facts

LinkedIn and any other profile carry your name, practice areas, city and a link to the site, nothing promotional.

Result: The profiles describe the practice in facts.

  4. Posts written for the referrer

Short notes for CAs, bankers and brokers on what a legal read of a property file covers.

Result: Referrers see what you handle and what you pass on.

  5. A record of what was posted and what came of it

Each post is logged with the enquiries that mention it.

Result: You can see which subjects produced contact.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the social media work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we answer questions in comments?
Give general information only and move the specifics to a private consultation. Advice on a stranger's facts in public comments can cause harm and may breach professional norms.
Should partners post under their own names?
It can be right for LinkedIn, where people follow people. Each advocate remains bound by their own conduct rules, so each reviews what appears under their name.
Do we need short videos?
Only if you will keep making them. A plain explanation of a document on screen is useful. We do not recommend a format you will drop after a few attempts.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
