Real estate legal consultants · CRM

Keep one record of every enquiry, referrer and matter so no file depends on memory.

A CRM for a real estate legal practice is a single place that records who enquired, which matter it concerned, who referred it and what happens next. GullySales sets up the fields, stages and reminders to fit how a practice handles consultations and referrals, and leaves case papers and privileged material outside it.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What CRM means

A CRM is the record where every enquiry, call and quote is kept against a customer, replacing separate notebooks, spreadsheets and memory. GullySales sets up or cleans an existing CRM and reports from it by enquiry outcome rather than by activity logged.

For real estate legal consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Referrers walk out with the relationship”

When a bank officer is transferred or a broker changes firm, the files go with them if the only record is a phone contact. A register of who sent what keeps the relationship with the firm.

  • “Enquiries sit in three inboxes”

A WhatsApp message, an email and a missed call each reach a different person. Without one list, a caller is answered twice or not at all.

  • “Confidentiality limits what goes in”

A CRM is not a case file. Legal papers and privileged notes stay in your own secure system, and the CRM holds the contact, matter type, source and next step.

  • “Stages differ from other businesses”

An enquiry moves to consultation, to papers received, to engagement and to a closed matter. A generic sales pipeline with shopping-cart stages misdescribes the work.

What we do

What we deliver for real estate legal consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A pipeline in your own stages

Enquiry, intake done, consultation, papers received, engaged, closed, with a reason recorded for matters not taken.

Result: Every enquiry sits in one stage you recognise.

  2. A referrer register

Banks, brokers, CAs and advocates who send matters, with the date of the last file and last conversation. It records files only, with no fee or share to any referrer.

Result: You see which referrers have gone quiet.

  3. Fields that avoid case detail

Source, matter type, state, deadline and next step, with no privileged content stored.

Result: The CRM holds contact facts, not case papers.

  4. Reminders for next steps

A prompt on each open enquiry for the next reply or call, so none depends on someone remembering.

Result: No open enquiry is left without a next step.

  5. A set of simple views

Open enquiries, consultations awaiting papers and referrers by last file, kept short enough to read.

Result: One screen shows where each enquiry stands.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries logged in the CRM
  • Data completeness
  • Reports generated from CRM data

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the CRM work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Map the sales process

We record how a deal actually moves from enquiry to close in your business today.

  2. 2

    Configure stages and fields

The CRM's pipeline and fields are built to match that process exactly, not a generic template.

  3. 3

    Set up automations

Reminders, assignment rules and follow-up triggers are configured so routine steps happen without manual effort.

  4. 4

    Test with real deals

We run the configuration against actual current deals to catch gaps before the whole team relies on it.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales management. A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3 · you are here

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Which CRM should we use?
One your team will actually open. A simple, widely used tool is enough for a practice, and we choose with you after seeing your volume and your data-handling rules. Check the vendor's terms on where data is stored.
Is client data safe in a CRM?
Keep only contact details and matter type, and keep privileged material elsewhere. Look at the tool's data location and access settings, and check them with your own adviser.
Do we need it for a solo practice?
A solo advocate loses enquiries the same way a firm does, in messages and notes. A short list with next steps is the smallest form of CRM and still worth having.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
