Real estate legal consultants · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp to receive the papers and the facts, not to broadcast your services.

WhatsApp for a real estate legal practice is the channel where a buyer, a landowner or a referrer already writes to you, sends a photograph of a document and asks if it is right. GullySales works on the business profile, the reply wording and the intake messages, and leaves advice and case papers to you.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For real estate legal consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first message is a photo of a paper”

A buyer sends a picture of a page of the agreement and asks whether it is fine. Without a clear first reply that asks for the facts and states what a consultation covers, the thread becomes free advice in fragments.

  • “Confidentiality needs a boundary”

Papers sent over WhatsApp are client material. Decide what you accept there, where it is moved afterwards and how long it stays on a phone, and tell the client in your first reply.

  • “Broadcasting to strangers invites trouble”

Bulk messages to people who did not ask can breach both platform rules and professional conduct norms. The channel is for people who have contacted you or agreed to hear from you.

  • “A shared phone makes a firm look like one person”

When enquiries land on a partner's personal number, they are lost when that partner is in court. A business number with a listed profile, and a rota, keeps the firm answering.

What we do

What we deliver for real estate legal consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business profile with plain facts

Name, address, practice areas, hours and a short description that says what you handle and what you refer on.

Result: The profile describes the practice in facts.

  2. A first-reply message

A standard opening that thanks the caller, asks what has happened, which papers they hold and their deadline, and explains how a consultation is booked.

Result: Every new chat gets the same clear first answer.

  3. A papers handling note

A short message telling the client how documents should be sent and where they are moved after receipt.

Result: Clients know how to send papers.

  4. A rota for replies

Who watches the number on which days, so the firm does not depend on one phone.

Result: Each day has a named person on the number.

  5. Opt-in for any updates

A simple way for a person who wants updates on a general topic to ask for them, and to stop them.

Result: Only people who asked receive updates.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we message past clients about new services?
Only with their agreement, and with your Bar Council rules and the platform's current rules in view. We set up the opt-in and the record, and you decide what is sent.
Should we give advice on WhatsApp?
Advice on a person's property belongs in a consultation after the papers are read. The first reply invites that consultation and does not answer the legal question in the chat.
Is the WhatsApp Business app enough?
For a small practice it covers the profile, quick replies and labels. A larger firm may want the business platform, and we look at your volume before suggesting it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
