Residential apartment developers · Local SEO

Show up on the map when families search for flats near the project.

Local SEO for an apartment developer means appearing on Google Maps and in nearby searches for the sales office and the project site. GullySales works on the business profile, the address and the directions that bring a family from a search to the site gate.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For residential apartment developers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Families search the map before they plan a visit”

A buyer who wants to see the flats opens the map, looks for the sales office and checks the route. A profile with the wrong pin or an old address sends the family to the wrong gate, or away.

  • “The site and the sales office are not the same place”

Some projects have a show flat or sales office away from the construction site. If the profile names one and the board shows the other, the visit starts badly. One clear address and a plain description of where to go avoids this.

  • “Reviews on a project profile need care”

A developer in a regulated trade must be careful about asking for reviews and about replying to them. Replies should be polite and factual, and should not discuss a buyer's booking in public.

  • “Nearby searches can reach a family that does not know you”

Someone looking for flats in a locality sees the profiles close to that area. Photos of the real site, correct opening hours and a working call button decide whether they tap yours.

What we do

What we deliver for residential apartment developers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business profile set-up for the sales office

Name, listing type, address, pin, opening hours, phone, website and photos of the sales office and the site.

Result: The profile matches the board at the gate.

  2. Directions and landmark description

A short description of how to reach the site from the nearest main road, station or landmark, and where to park.

Result: A visiting family arrives at the right place.

  3. Photo and update routine

Photos of the show flat and the progress of the site, posted with accurate captions and kept in line with registered details.

Result: The profile shows the project as it stands.

  4. Review replies and guidelines

A short note on how the sales office replies to reviews, without discussing any buyer's booking or making claims.

Result: Replies are polite, accurate and consistent.

  5. Consistent address across listings

The same name, address and phone on the website, portals and directories where the project is listed.

Result: A buyer sees the same details wherever they look.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the profile be for the site or the sales office?
Use the place a buyer is meant to visit. If the sales office is elsewhere, the profile names that address and the directions explain how to reach the site from it.
Can we ask buyers to leave reviews?
Check the platform's current rules and the advertising rules for your profession in your state. Do not offer any gift or discount in return, and have your legal adviser read your process.
What if a competitor's profile outranks ours?
We can compare the two and see what is missing on yours. No ranking is promised, and the profile is only one of several ways a family reaches you.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
