Residential apartment developers · Website

Give the buyer the floor plan, the price basis and the RERA number on one page.

A website for an apartment developer is the project page a buyer reads before deciding whether to visit, with plans, location, amenities and registration details in one place. GullySales works on the structure, the content and the enquiry form.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For residential apartment developers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer checks before they call”

A family compares several projects on a phone. They look for the carpet area, the locations on a map, the registration number and the builder's earlier projects. A page missing these gets closed.

  • “A brochure PDF is not a website”

Downloads are slow on a phone and cannot be read by search. The same floor plans and specifications written on the page, with images that open easily, are read by more people.

  • “Pricing information divides developers”

Some show a starting price and some say call for price. What you show is your decision. A page that explains what the price includes saves the argument later, within what your state's rules allow.

  • “Delivered projects are evidence”

A developer's earlier projects, with the year handed over and location, tell a buyer more than adjectives. Only what is true and can be shown should be there.

What we do

What we deliver for residential apartment developers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Project page build

Locality, unit types, floor plans, amenities, specifications, location map, possession information as registered, and the RERA number.

Result: A buyer has the main facts on one page.

  2. Enquiry and visit booking form

A short form that asks for the unit type, the budget and a preferred visit day.

Result: The form feeds the enquiry record with a source.

  3. Earlier projects page

Handed-over projects with place, type and year, using only what your records can prove.

Result: Buyers can see what has been delivered.

  4. Mobile-first layout

Pages designed for the phone a buyer is most likely to use, with call and WhatsApp buttons.

Result: The page reads and works on a small screen.

  5. Updates as the towers sell

A routine for marking units sold, showing construction progress honestly and retiring old offers.

Result: The page matches the inventory.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need one site for each project?
Not always. A developer with several projects may do better with one site and a page for each project. We decide after seeing how many projects you sell and how different they are.
Can we show live availability?
It can be done once your inventory record is kept up to date. Until then, a wrong availability list is worse than none. We build it switched off until the data is reliable.
What must the page carry by law?
Rules differ by state. Check with your own RERA authority and legal adviser which details a project page must show, and give us the final wording.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
