Residential apartment developers · Search engine optimisation

Be the project a buyer finds when they search the locality and the BHK.

SEO for an apartment developer means making the project page easy to find when families search for flats in a locality, by BHK and by budget. GullySales works on the page structure, the project details and the searches buyers type before they ever call a sales office.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For residential apartment developers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers search the locality before the developer's name”

A family types 3 BHK in a suburb or near an employment hub, not the name of your company. A project page that names the locality, the metro or road access and the unit types can match that search.

  • “The RERA number is something buyers look for”

A buyer checks whether a project is registered before paying anything. A page that shows the registration number, matching what is on the authority's site, answers a question that is already being asked.

  • “A PDF brochure cannot be read by search”

Floor plans and specifications locked in a download do not appear when a buyer searches for carpet area or amenities. The same facts written on the page itself can be found and read on a phone.

  • “Phases and towers confuse one page into many”

A large project sold in phases ends up with duplicate or half-empty pages. Deciding which page stands for which tower or phase keeps the buyer, and the search engine, from reaching an outdated one.

What we do

What we deliver for residential apartment developers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Project page structure

A page for each project with locality, unit types, carpet areas, amenities, possession details as registered, and the RERA number.

Result: A buyer finds the answers to the first ten questions without calling.

  2. Locality and landmark pages

Short, accurate pages on the area around the project: schools, hospitals, transport, offices, written from facts a visitor can verify.

Result: The page matches searches about living in the area, not only about the project.

  3. Search terms by BHK and budget

A list of phrases families use for your unit types and price band, mapped to the pages that answer them.

Result: Each page has a clear search purpose.

  4. Technical clean-up

Page speed on mobile, readable headings, floor plan images with descriptions, and one address for each page.

Result: The pages load and read properly on the phone a buyer uses.

  5. Phase and tower page plan

A decision on which pages remain live, which are merged, and how sold-out towers are handled.

Result: Buyers do not land on a tower that is no longer for sale.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How long before the project page ranks?
No one can promise a ranking or a date for it, and search results change. We make the page complete and accurate and then read the search reports with you.
Do we need a separate page for every tower?
Only if the towers differ in unit types, price or possession. Otherwise one clear page serves the buyer better than several thin ones. We decide this after reading your inventory.
Can we show the possession date on the page?
Show what is registered and what you are prepared to stand behind. Rules on how dates and progress are stated differ by state, so check them with your own RERA authority and legal adviser.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
