Solar installation companies · Website

Build a site that gets a roof surveyed, not just admired.

A website for a solar installer is the page a homeowner, society or factory owner checks after Maps and before agreeing to a survey. GullySales works on the structure, the proof and the survey request, so the site answers doubts and ends with a next step.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For solar installation companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor arrives from a phone, in a hurry”

Buyers open the site from a link in a chat or a Maps listing. A page that loads slowly, hides the phone number or asks for a long list of fields before a survey request loses the visitor to the next tab.

  • “Stock photographs of panels prove nothing”

Rows of glossy panels in a field say nothing about your work. Photographs of real roofs in recognisable localities, with the system type and the owner's agreement, are what a buyer trusts and shows to the family.

  • “A calculator without a next step is a toy”

An estimate tool that gives a size and a saving then leaves the visitor with nowhere to go wastes the interest it created. The result should lead to a survey request that carries the figures already entered.

  • “Commercial buyers look for different proof”

A factory accountant wants past commercial projects, system sizes, finance options and a payback outline. If the site shows only home rooftops, the larger enquiry never reaches you or arrives with low trust.

What we do

What we deliver for solar installation companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page structure for each kind of buyer

Separate routes for homes, societies, businesses and farms, each with its own questions, proof and survey request.

Result: Every buyer finds a page meant for them.

  2. Survey request form kept short

A form that asks for name, locality, roof type and last bill, then sends the details to your team and the customer's own chat.

Result: The survey request arrives with what your engineer needs.

  3. Project gallery with real details

Finished roofs shown with locality, system type, components and the owner's permission, plus a note on any problem solved on site.

Result: A buyer sees work done near them.

  4. Subsidy and net metering page

A clear explanation of the application and approval process, with the date it was checked and a link to the official portal.

Result: Sales calls begin from a shared understanding.

  5. Phone-first layout with tap-to-call and chat

A layout built for the small screen with the number, the chat button and the form in reach on every screen.

Result: A visitor can reach you in one tap.

  6. Analytics and form tracking set up

Tracking of survey requests, calls and chats by source, with the baseline noted before changes begin.

Result: You can see which pages produce survey requests.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Build the pages that turn a phone search into a booked survey.

Book a rooftop survey
A short form with name, locality, roof type and a bill photo upload. It sits on every page and is where the sale starts.
Our installations in your locality
Pages by locality with finished roofs and permission-cleared photographs. Stock pictures of panels prove nothing.
Cost calculator that ends in a survey
A sizing tool that asks for the bill and ends with a booking button. A calculator without the next step is a toy.
Housing society page
A page for committees covering the approvals, the common-area meter and the information a committee needs to decide.
Commercial and factory page
A page for plant owners with a proposal sample, the method behind your figures and past commercial projects you may name.

Who it is for

This is written for these solar installation companies.

  • Residential rooftop installers working with the PM Surya Ghar scheme
  • Housing society and apartment rooftop specialists
  • Commercial and industrial (C&I) rooftop EPC companies
  • Ground-mounted and open access solar developers
  • Solar water heater and solar pump dealers
  • Off-grid and hybrid systems with battery storage
  • Brand-authorised solar dealers and franchisees
  • Operations and maintenance and panel cleaning services

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You have no finished installation you may show, and a site of stock photographs would persuade nobody
  • The survey form would reach an inbox nobody reads, so booked visits would be missed
  • You would print a subsidy amount or a payback figure that you cannot keep current

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can you fix the old one?
If the structure is sound and the pages are yours to edit, we fix it. If the site cannot show buyer-specific pages or work on a phone, we rebuild. We tell you which after looking at what you have.
Should the site show our prices?
Show what you can stand behind: how size and components change the cost, and what a sample system includes. A fixed price on a page goes stale. A way to get a written quote for the buyer's roof is more useful.
Can the site list our PM Surya Ghar vendor status?
Yes, if you hold it, and with a link to the official portal so the visitor can verify. We state only what the scheme records show and leave out claims you cannot document.
May the site say we are an approved vendor under a government scheme?
Only if the listing is current and you can show it. Name the scheme exactly as the official portal does, link to the source where possible, and remove the line the day your status changes. A claim that is out of date does more harm than saying nothing.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
