Corporate gifting and gift businesses · Social media

Show three hundred hampers packed, not one styled on a table.

Social media for a gifting business is where an HR buyer sees that you can deliver at quantity, and where a shopper finds a personalised gift before Rakhi. GullySales builds the posting around real orders and the packing floor, and handles the enquiries that arrive as direct messages.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For corporate gifting and gift businesses

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Quantity is the thing to prove”

One beautiful hamper photographed on a table proves nothing. Four hundred boxes stacked and labelled for dispatch answers the only doubt an HR manager has.

  • “LinkedIn is where the buyer is at work”

Admin and HR people post under their own names and look at what suppliers have done. That calls for a different post from the Instagram one.

  • “Rakhi and Diwali are two separate audiences”

A shopper wants the gift and the price. A company wants the branding and the lead time. Posting one to both wastes the season.

  • “The direct message is now a brief”

Corporate enquiries arrive in Instagram messages as often as by mail, usually with a quantity and a date in the first line.

What we do

What we deliver for corporate gifting and gift businesses.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Packing and dispatch content from real orders

Photographs and short films of batches being packed, branded and labelled for dispatch, with the client's name left out unless they have agreed.

Result: Buyers see that quantity is routine for you.

  2. LinkedIn posts written for HR and admin readers

The occasion, the quantity, the branding and the delivery window described plainly, posted in the weeks those teams are planning.

Result: The people who sign the order see the work.

  3. A retail calendar for the shop occasions

Rakhi, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, the wedding season and Diwali planned a month ahead with products and prices ready.

Result: The shop is visible before shoppers start buying.

  4. Reply rules for an enquiry in a direct message

A first reply asking quantity, date and budget per head, then moving the conversation to mail with a proposal attached.

Result: A message becomes a brief with a name on it.

  5. Unboxing films for each hamper range

Every hamper opened on camera so a buyer can see the contents, the packaging and the finish before asking for a sample.

Result: Fewer sample requests and quicker decisions.

  6. Enquiries and orders traced to their source

Messages, briefs and orders that began on social, split between corporate and retail, weighed against what the accounts brought before.

Result: You know which side the posting is serving.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Platform for this buyer

Where an HR buyer or a shopper looks for a gift, and what to post in each place.

LinkedIn, for the hamper and its budget per head
Show a hamper range with the contents, the branding options and the cities you can deliver to. The action wanted is a request for a proposal with quantity and date.
YouTube, for how a bulk order runs
Walk through the sample, the branding proof, packing and dispatch for a large order, so procurement sees the steps. The action is to send quantity, date and budget per head.
Instagram reels of personalisation
Show an item being engraved, printed or wrapped for a shop buyer. The action is to send the recipient's occasion, the message and the date on WhatsApp.
WhatsApp Business catalogue by occasion and price band
Sort gifts by Rakhi, Diwali, wedding and anniversary, with price bands. Send to past buyers before the occasion. The action is a reply with the recipient's city.
Google Business Profile for the gift shop
Add photographs of the shop, the wrapping counter and ready gifts by occasion. The action is a visit or a call, including for same-day gifts.
What not to post
A company's logo on a gift before the order is approved, employee names from a personalised order, a stock photograph of a hamper you do not make, or a price band you cannot repeat.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we post the gifts we made for a client?
Only with their permission, because a company's gifting plan is internal and sometimes confidential. Many will allow the product without the logo. Ask at the time of the order, while the relationship is good.
Instagram or LinkedIn for corporate gifting?
LinkedIn for the HR and admin buyer, Instagram for the shop and for showing craft. Packing and dispatch material works on both. Prices and personalisation offers belong on Instagram alone.
Can we post personalised gifts with employee names on them?
No, blur or remove the names. A name on a gift is personal information, and the company that ordered it may not want its staff list seen. Show a sample with a made-up name, or the item without any name, and describe the personalisation in the caption.
Should the gift shop and the corporate business have separate accounts?
Often yes. A shopper wants occasions and prices. An HR buyer wants quantity, branding and dates. One account that tries to serve both confuses each. If you have one team, one account with highlights for each audience can work, and tag the corporate posts clearly.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
