Inverter, UPS and generator dealers · Social media

Explain sizing in sixty seconds and the enquiries arrive sized.

Social media for a power backup dealer is where sizing, battery care and installation work get explained to homeowners, and where an admin head sees you handle office loads. GullySales sets up a short filming routine at installations and points the local groups at your number.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For inverter, UPS and generator dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Apartment groups decide more than Instagram does”

When a block loses power for three days, the residents' WhatsApp group asks who to call. Being the name in that thread beats a month of posts.

  • “Sizing explained on video ends the price argument”

A short clip showing what a 150Ah battery runs, and for how long, does the work your counter staff repeat twenty times a week.

  • “The office buyer is on LinkedIn, not Instagram”

An admin or IT head choosing an online UPS for a clinic responds to a post about protecting equipment, not to a festival offer.

What we do

What we deliver for inverter, UPS and generator dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A filming routine at real installations

A short list of clips to capture on site, from the sizing conversation to the finished wiring, shot on a phone with the customer's permission.

Result: The posts come out of jobs already booked.

  2. Sizing and care explainers

Short videos on what each capacity runs, topping up water, why a battery dies early and what a stabiliser does.

Result: Buyers arrive knowing what they need.

  3. A presence in local community groups

A routine for being useful in apartment and neighbourhood groups, with permission from the admins and without spam.

Result: You are the name suggested after an outage.

  4. Posts for the office and clinic buyer

LinkedIn and Facebook posts about equipment protection, runtime for computers and AMC, aimed at admin and IT staff.

Result: The commercial buyer sees you handle their load.

  5. Messages answered with a sizing question

Social messages routed into the same log as calls, with the sizing questions saved as replies.

Result: A comment becomes a sized enquiry.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Platform for this buyer

Where power backup buyers look, and what to post for each.

Housing society WhatsApp and Facebook groups
When someone asks which inverter suits a 2BHK, answer with the questions to ask: fans, lights and fridge load, and battery space. Read each group's rules before naming your shop.
Instagram reels of installations
Show a battery trolley going in and the inverter fixed. Caption the exact rating, such as a 150Ah tubular battery with the inverter VA, and end with a WhatsApp prompt for the owner's load list.
LinkedIn for admin heads and office managers
Post a UPS or 3kVA online system installed in an office or clinic, with the load it carries and the battery bank. Admin heads look for who will service it.
YouTube battery care videos
Show topping up distilled water, cleaning terminals and reading the indicator. Print the link on the warranty card so owners use it.
Google Business Profile posts
Post the battery sizes in stock and the service number. During an outage people search for a dealer nearby and look for current stock.
What not to post
Do not promise backup hours, since they depend on the load. Say the backup time for the connected load, and ask for the load list before quoting.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is Instagram useful for this trade?
Less than Facebook and the local groups, where your buyers are. Instagram helps for solar hybrid and lithium enquiries from younger homeowners. Put the effort into the groups first.
Can we post a customer's installation?
Ask first, and keep the reply. Most customers agree once they see you are showing the work and not their address. Never show the house number, the meter board details or anything identifying.
Is a separate Instagram page for generator rental worth it?
Only if rental has its own customers, such as event organisers and construction sites, and someone to answer them. Otherwise run one page with a clear label on rental posts. Rental buyers mostly search on Google and ask for quotes by phone, so keep that listing up to date.
Customers comment that their battery failed early. How do we reply?
Reply once and move to a call. Check the warranty card, purchase date and charging conditions first. Many early failures come from undersized batteries or a poor earth, so ask about the load. Be fair: honour valid warranty claims and say so briefly in the thread.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
