Inverter, UPS and generator dealers · Website

A dealer site that sorts the home, the office and the factory shows each the right door.

A website for a power backup dealer is the set of pages where a buyer checks that you sell the right product, serve their area and answer the phone. GullySales plans pages for each product and buyer, with sizing help and a quote route that your team actually answers.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For inverter, UPS and generator dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Home buyers are not looking for generators”

A family searching for an inverter lands on a page crowded with gensets and leaves. Separate pages for home inverters, online UPS, generators and solar hybrid systems let each visitor find the product and the question they came with.

  • “The buyer wants the sizing answered on the page”

A visitor cannot tell how many fans a system will run. A plain sizing explanation, with a simple form that asks for appliances and backup hours, replaces a bare price list and gives your team a usable enquiry.

  • “Industrial buyers look for proof of service”

A plant head checks service coverage, emission norm compliance and AMC terms before calling. If those sit on no page, the dealer with a visible service network is shortlisted first. Show what you actually have, and only what you can document.

  • “A page that loads slowly on a phone loses the outage week”

The buyer is reading in a dark house on mobile data. Heavy images and a form with many fields lose the enquiry. A light page with a call button and a WhatsApp button keeps it.

What we do

What we deliver for inverter, UPS and generator dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page plan by product and buyer

Pages for home inverters, battery replacement, online UPS, generators, solar hybrid and AMC, each with its own title and enquiry route.

Result: Every buyer type has a page that matches the search.

  2. Sizing help and enquiry form

A short form asking appliances, backup hours and location, feeding straight to the person who sizes the load.

Result: Enquiries arrive with the detail needed to quote.

  3. Brand and model pages written in plain words

Pages for the brands you stock, explaining the battery type, warranty and which homes or offices suit them.

Result: Buyers searching by brand land on a page you control.

  4. Service and coverage page

Areas served, service hours, AMC offerings and how to reach a technician, using details you can document.

Result: Industrial buyers see how a fault would be handled.

  5. Call and WhatsApp buttons on every page

Visible phone and WhatsApp links placed where a visitor decides, tested on common phones.

Result: A buyer in an outage reaches you in one tap.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a website if we have a Maps listing?
Yes. The listing finds local walk-ins, while the site carries the sizing help, the product pages and the proof an office or factory looks for. They work together, and the site gives the listing something to link to.
Should the site show prices?
Show what you can keep current, such as starting ranges for stock items, and explain that the final price depends on load and installation. Prices that go stale damage trust more than a clear request for the buyer's load.
Can we list brands we are only an authorised dealer for in some cities?
Name the cities and the brands you actually serve, and check your brand agreement for what you may say. Over-claiming coverage costs more than it wins, because the buyer learns it on the first call.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
