Jewellery retailers · Digital marketing

Spend online only where it ends with someone standing at your counter.

Digital marketing for a jewellery store joins search, maps, ads, social media and WhatsApp into one route that ends in a showroom visit and a recorded sale. GullySales works on deciding which of these your showroom needs, in what order, and how each is tied to a visit.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For jewellery retailers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Followers do not walk into the shop”

A beautiful reel of a bridal necklace earns applause from people in other cities. Without a way to ask the price and book a visit, the attention ends on the phone screen.

  • “Ads run in the wrong week waste the festival”

Search interest in gold rises and falls with Akshaya Tritiya, Dhanteras and wedding dates. Budget placed evenly across the year misses the weeks when buyers are looking.

  • “The online and the counter records never meet”

An enquiry arrives on a form, a sale is entered on a billing system, and nobody joins the two. Without that link you cannot say which spend brought which purchase.

  • “Every channel gets tried and none is finished”

A showroom that opens an account on each platform and updates none of them looks abandoned. A smaller set of channels kept current serves the buyer better.

What we do

What we deliver for jewellery retailers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan for your showroom

Which of search, maps, ads, social media and WhatsApp to use, in what order, and what each is for.

Result: You know what each channel is expected to do.

  2. A festive and wedding calendar for spend

Budget set against the buying windows, with the ads and pages ready before each one.

Result: Spend is placed where buyers are looking.

  3. Enquiry tracking tied to showroom visits

Forms, calls and chats tagged so a visit can be matched to the route that produced it.

Result: You can see which channel sent the visit.

  4. A WhatsApp route from every channel

A chat link on ads, posts and pages that opens a conversation with the design attached.

Result: Every channel ends in a conversation you can answer.

  5. A single page of numbers for the owner

Enquiries, visits and recorded sales by channel, in plain language without jargon.

Result: You can read the result without a specialist.

  6. A review after each season

A look at what was spent, what arrived and what to change before the next buying window.

Result: The next season starts from what was learned.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

The searches and channels that end with a family at your counter.

gold rate today and making charges
A page that explains how you charge, with a gold-rate widget only if you can keep it current every day.
bridal jewellery sets in the city name
A collection page with photographs of pieces in stock and a button to book a showroom visit.
diamond solitaire certified near me
A solitaire page that names the grading labs you work with and offers an appointment, not a price list.
Akshaya Tritiya and Dhanteras offers
A festival landing page prepared before the occasion, with the offer, the dates and the showroom hours.
Instagram design saved by a customer
A WhatsApp route that lets a buyer send the saved photo and get a reply with availability.

Who it is for

This is written for these jewellery retailers.

  • Bridal and wedding jewellery showrooms
  • Gold and diamond jewellery retail chains
  • Silver and artificial jewellery stores
  • Certified diamond and solitaire retailers
  • Traditional and antique jewellery stores
  • Single-showroom family jewellers

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Counter staff do not record where a visitor heard of the shop, so spend online cannot be matched to visits.
  • The showroom cannot take more visitors on a festival weekend without more staff, so a push would only crowd the floor.
  • You have not yet claimed or corrected the map listing, which is the cheapest step to take first.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Agree the one aim

We settle what the campaign must achieve, such as enquiries for a launch or footfall for an event, and the date it must be live.

  2. 2

    Check what is ready

We list the channels you already run, who runs them, and what each can produce in the time available. Anything that cannot be done properly is left out.

  3. 3

Write the idea and the message sheet

We draft the one-sentence idea, test it against each planned format, and fix the wording that all channels will copy.

  4. 4

Brief every channel from the same sheet

Your agency, freelancer or in-house person receives the message sheet and calendar. Their work is checked against the sheet before it goes out.

  5. 5

    Run on the shared calendar

Channels go live together. If the offer changes, every channel is changed on the same day from the same sheet.

  6. 6

    Measure as one campaign

Enquiries and orders are read against the baseline. The reporting schedule is agreed in writing with the scope.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a new jeweller start online?
With the Google Business Profile and a reply routine on WhatsApp. Those two reach a buyer who is already looking and already asking, and they cost little compared with a full advertising programme.
Is Instagram enough for a jewellery store?
It shows the designs well but gives the buyer no reliable way to compare terms or find the showroom. Pair it with a listing, a website and a chat route, so the interest has somewhere to go.
How do we judge whether the spend worked?
Match enquiries and visits to recorded sales. A rise in followers or clicks tells you attention arrived, but only the counter record shows that anyone bought.
Should a jeweller put prices on the website?
Show how prices are built, not a rate list. Gold rates move through the day and a stale figure misleads the buyer. Explain metal, making charges and tax, and let the buyer ask for a quote on the piece they want.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
