Security services companies · Content marketing

Write the annexures that win a tender, not articles about safety.

Content marketing for a security agency means the documents a buyer genuinely reads: a company profile, a sample post order and a compliance summary. GullySales writes them, keeps every compliance claim general and checked, and turns each one into a page.

A newsstand under a striped awning: three tiers of folded publications racked spine on, one title on the top tier turned to face the street, and a crate of rolled copies at the foot of the stand

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the free audit onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For security services companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The document that wins a bid is an annexure

A training record, a reference list and a deployment plan decide tenders. An article on why security matters decides nothing.

  • A society committee wants a comparison sheet

Nine residents who have never bought guarding are about to choose a vendor. Give them the questions to ask every agency, including the awkward ones about wages.

  • One redacted post order says more than any claim

A page of gate instructions with the client and timings removed shows a manager exactly how your officers are told to work.

What we do

What we deliver for security services companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A company profile document worth attaching

What you cover, where you are licensed, how supervision runs, how staff are trained and who to call, in a few clean pages.

Result: A manager has something to forward to his head office.

  2. A redacted sample post order

One site's instructions with the client, address and timings removed, showing how duties, escalation and handover are written down.

Result: A buyer sees your method rather than a promise.

  3. A compliance summary in general terms

How wages, statutory contributions and records for deployed staff are handled, written plainly, with your own adviser confirming the wording.

Result: The audit question is answered before it is asked.

  4. A checklist for a committee choosing an agency

The questions a residents' committee should put to every bidder, written honestly, including the ones you would rather not be asked.

Result: The committee uses your sheet to judge everybody.

  5. A page built from each document

The profile, the checklist and the compliance summary rewritten as pages so search engines and buyers can both read them.

Result: The same work serves a tender and a search.

  6. The document named at each enquiry, logged

What a caller had read or downloaded, recorded at intake and reported monthly against the baseline.

Result: You write more of what buyers actually use.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these security services companies.

  • Manned guarding for corporate offices
  • Residential society and gated community security
  • Industrial and factory security
  • Retail and mall security
  • Event and venue security
  • CCTV and control room monitoring services
  • Cash and valuables escort services

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for security services companies

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how fast a quote enquiry gets a site visit and a proposal, how licences and references are shown, and which sites are due for renewal.

  2. 2

Fix the proposal and the record

A proposal format with the PSARA licence and references built in, a faster site-survey routine, and one record of every enquiry and its stage.

  3. 3

Build the pages that win tenders

A page for each kind of site you want more of, for example residential societies or factories, with the training and supervision detail a client asks about.

  4. 4

    Bring enquiries in

Search visibility for facility managers and society committees searching for security, and listings on the directories where tenders and enquiries actually start.

  5. 5

    Keep the contracts

A renewal reminder sixty days out, a supervisor visit record the client can see, and a referral ask to satisfied society committees and facility managers.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should a guarding agency be writing blog posts?
A handful, and only the ones a buyer would search for. The profile, the checklist and the compliance page are worth more than a year of general articles. Write those first and then stop.
Is it safe to publish a sample post order?
Yes, once the client, the address, the timings and anything about staffing numbers are taken out. Ask the client anyway, even for a redacted version. If there is any doubt, build a specimen from an old site rather than a live one.
How is marketing different for a security services company?
Facility managers decide on trust, licences and references, not on a marketing message. The work is about being found by the right facility managers and answering fast with proof ready, not about advertising creative.
Do we need to advertise for guarding contracts?
Usually not first. Buyers search when they need a vendor, so search pages and directory listings bring most enquiries. Ads help for a short push, for example when a new tech park or apartment cluster is about to open near you.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
