Security services companies · Lead generation

Get the posts, the shifts and the payment terms before you quote.

Lead generation for a security agency is turning a request for a rate into a site survey and a proposal you can actually price. GullySales sets up an intake that asks posts, shifts and payment terms, books the survey the same day, and keeps a follow-up on every quote that goes quiet.

A sorting hopper in a depot yard: a wide gold hopper on a steel frame, its throat splitting into three chutes that feed three floor bins, one heaped past its own spout, one half caught, one barely started

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For security services companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Posts and shifts are the quote, not the rate per guard

A single gate covered around the clock takes more men than a buyer expects once weekly offs are counted. Asking first prevents a number you have to withdraw.

  • Credit terms end more deals than price does

Wages go out on a fixed date every month and a large client may pay ninety days later. Ask about the payment cycle before the survey, not after the contract.

  • The survey is the sales call

A manager decides on the supervisor who walks his site and the questions that supervisor asks. Whoever surveys first usually writes the specification everyone else is compared against.

  • A tender is not a lead until the file is ready

Bids are lost on a missing certificate or an expired document more often than on rate. Keep the folder current and the deadline stops being a scramble.

What we do

What we deliver for security services companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. An intake that asks the sizing questions first

Number of posts, shifts, armed or unarmed, start date, expected credit period and who signs, captured before a survey is promised.

Result: You quote from facts instead of from an assumption.

  2. A survey slot offered on the first call

A diary the office can see, with a named supervisor and a time given while the manager is still on the phone.

Result: The visit happens before a rival has replied.

  3. A proposal out within a stated time

An agreed deadline from survey to document, with the deployment plan, supervision schedule and compliance summary already built in.

Result: Managers stop waiting a week for your number.

  4. A bid folder kept current

Licence, registration certificates, training records, past site list and reference letters in one place, with renewal dates noted.

Result: A tender deadline is met without a night of searching.

  5. A next date against every open quote

An owner and a follow-up date on each proposal sent, including the question of where you stand against the other two quotes.

Result: You learn why a bid failed instead of guessing.

  6. Enquiries, proposals and contracts counted monthly

How many asked, how many were surveyed, how many were quoted and how many signed, against the baseline from the audit.

Result: The leak in the process becomes obvious.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these security services companies.

  • Manned guarding for corporate offices
  • Residential society and gated community security
  • Industrial and factory security
  • Retail and mall security
  • Event and venue security
  • CCTV and control room monitoring services
  • Cash and valuables escort services

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for security services companies

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how fast a quote enquiry gets a site visit and a proposal, how licences and references are shown, and which sites are due for renewal.

  2. 2

Fix the proposal and the record

A proposal format with the PSARA licence and references built in, a faster site-survey routine, and one record of every enquiry and its stage.

  3. 3

Build the pages that win tenders

A page for each kind of site you want more of, for example residential societies or factories, with the training and supervision detail a client asks about.

  4. 4

    Bring enquiries in

Search visibility for facility managers and society committees searching for security, and listings on the directories where tenders and enquiries actually start.

  5. 5

    Keep the contracts

A renewal reminder sixty days out, a supervisor visit record the client can see, and a referral ask to satisfied society committees and facility managers.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How do we get a proposal out the same week when surveys take time?
Book the survey on the first call and write the standing parts of the proposal in advance. Deployment pattern, supervision, compliance and references do not change per site. Only the post chart and the rate are written after the visit.
A buyer is taking three quotes. What should we do differently?
Get your survey in first and put the proof in front of the rate. Licence, training records and two references who will take a call answer the question he is quietly asking. Who will he have to defend if something goes wrong?
How is marketing different for a security services company?
Facility managers decide on trust, licences and references, not on a marketing message. The work is about being found by the right facility managers and answering fast with proof ready, not about advertising creative.
Do we need to advertise for guarding contracts?
Usually not first. Buyers search when they need a vendor, so search pages and directory listings bring most enquiries. Ads help for a short push, for example when a new tech park or apartment cluster is about to open near you.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
