Security services companies · Pay per click advertising

Keep the guards looking for work out of the budget you set for buyers.

Pay per click advertising for a security agency reaches a facility manager at the moment a contract is being replaced, without paying for job seekers. GullySales builds the blocked-word list, separates guarding from camera monitoring, and sends every click to a booked site survey.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend daily against enquiries received.

For security services companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Nearly everyone typing security guard wants a job

Applicants outnumber buyers many times over on those words. An account left unfiltered spends the whole month on people who want to work for you.

  • Guarding and camera monitoring are separate buyers

One wants people at a gate on three shifts. The other wants somebody watching a feed at night and no guards at all.

  • Event bookings are decided within the hour

A hall manager or an organiser with a date needs a number today. That campaign is worthless unless somebody picks up the phone while it runs.

  • A portal enquiry is sold to your competitors too

The same request reaches several agencies within minutes, so you are negotiating from the start. A click from your own advertisement belongs to you alone.

What we do

What we deliver for security services companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A blocked-word list for job searches

Vacancy, salary, recruitment, apply and training phrases kept out of the account, with new ones added from the search report every month.

Result: Budget stops going to people who cannot hire you.

  2. Separate campaigns for guarding, monitoring and events

Three buyers, three sets of words, three landing pages and three budgets that cannot quietly eat each other.

Result: The event money is still there when an organiser searches.

  3. A page that books a site survey

A landing page asking for the site, the number of posts and a survey time, rather than a general contact form.

Result: A click arrives as a survey in the diary.

  4. A tracked number with an answering rule

A line used in advertising alone, with a named person responsible during office hours and a stated route for calls outside them.

Result: The buyer who rings once gets a person.

  5. Locations set by where you can supervise

Campaigns limited to the cities and industrial belts your supervisors can actually reach, instead of a state-wide setting.

Result: You stop quoting for sites you could not service.

  6. Cost per proposal and per contract reported

Spend measured against surveys booked, proposals sent and contracts signed, read against the baseline set in the audit.

Result: The ads are judged on signed sites.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these security services companies.

  • Manned guarding for corporate offices
  • Residential society and gated community security
  • Industrial and factory security
  • Retail and mall security
  • Event and venue security
  • CCTV and control room monitoring services
  • Cash and valuables escort services

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for security services companies

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how fast a quote enquiry gets a site visit and a proposal, how licences and references are shown, and which sites are due for renewal.

  2. 2

Fix the proposal and the record

A proposal format with the PSARA licence and references built in, a faster site-survey routine, and one record of every enquiry and its stage.

  3. 3

Build the pages that win tenders

A page for each kind of site you want more of, for example residential societies or factories, with the training and supervision detail a client asks about.

  4. 4

    Bring enquiries in

Search visibility for facility managers and society committees searching for security, and listings on the directories where tenders and enquiries actually start.

  5. 5

    Keep the contracts

A renewal reminder sixty days out, a supervisor visit record the client can see, and a referral ask to satisfied society committees and facility managers.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a directory subscription better value than search ads?
They do different things. A portal sends volume that several agencies are quoting on at once. Search reaches a buyer who chose to look and gives you the first conversation. Most agencies need both, with the portal enquiries answered far faster than they are now.
Should we bid on a competitor's name?
It is allowed in most cases and it is rarely worth it here. Somebody searching a named agency usually has a reference behind them. The same money on site-type words reaches a manager who has not chosen anybody yet.
How is marketing different for a security services company?
Facility managers decide on trust, licences and references, not on a marketing message. The work is about being found by the right facility managers and answering fast with proof ready, not about advertising creative.
Do we need to advertise for guarding contracts?
Usually not first. Buyers search when they need a vendor, so search pages and directory listings bring most enquiries. Ads help for a short push, for example when a new tech park or apartment cluster is about to open near you.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
