Security services companies · Reputation management

Handle what a committee reads after an incident at somebody else's gate.

Reputation management for a security agency deals with two groups who write about you in public: residents after something happens at a gate, and former guards writing about pay. GullySales sets the reply rule, builds a reference list of managers who will take a call, and keeps client incidents off public threads.

A statue plinth seen close: the bronze figure implied only by its feet and the hem of its drapery above the top of the frame, one face of the stone pedestal scrubbed pale and the other still grimy and carrying a scrawl of paint, with a pressure hose coiled on the steps beside a bucket, brushes and cloths

What reputation management means

Reputation management is watching what is said about your business across Google, social media and review sites, and responding to it before it changes a buyer's mind. GullySales monitors mentions, drafts responses to negative reviews and flags recurring complaints back to your team.

For security services companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Residents and ex-guards write your reviews

Neither of them buys guarding. Both of them are what a facility manager reads on the evening he shortlists three agencies.

  • An incident at a client's site is the client's to discuss

Confirming what happened at a named building can breach your contract and hand a resident's grievance a second life. Say nothing about the site in public.

  • A society committee changes and starts from a search

New office bearers review every vendor in their first months. Nine people who have never bought guarding begin by typing your name.

  • Pay complaints are fixed in accounts, not in a reply

Guards posting about delayed wages are describing something real. No amount of replying changes what the next guard writes.

What we do

What we deliver for security services companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A watch list of the places buyers look

Google, the job review sites where guards post, the directories carrying your listing and the local pages residents use, checked weekly.

Result: You find a post before a committee does.

  2. A reply rule that never names a site

Who answers, how fast, and a line that acknowledges a concern and moves it to a call without confirming any client, guard or incident.

Result: Nobody at your end makes a bad week worse.

  3. A reference list kept current

Two or three facility managers and committee members who have agreed to speak to a prospect, asked again before each use.

Result: A cautious buyer gets a conversation rather than a logo.

  4. A review ask at renewal time

A short request to the client contact when a contract renews cleanly, which is the moment they are most willing.

Result: The rating starts reflecting your clients, not your leavers.

  5. A stated route for guard grievances

A named person, a number and a stated turnaround for pay and posting complaints, published internally and honoured.

Result: Complaints arrive at your office instead of a review page.

  6. Rating read next to renewals each month

New reviews, average rating and reply time, reported beside contracts renewed and lost, against the audit baseline.

Result: You see when reputation is costing you sites.

How the result is measured

  • Average rating
  • Response time to reviews
  • Negative mentions resolved

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these security services companies.

  • Manned guarding for corporate offices
  • Residential society and gated community security
  • Industrial and factory security
  • Retail and mall security
  • Event and venue security
  • CCTV and control room monitoring services
  • Cash and valuables escort services

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for security services companies

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how fast a quote enquiry gets a site visit and a proposal, how licences and references are shown, and which sites are due for renewal.

  2. 2

Fix the proposal and the record

A proposal format with the PSARA licence and references built in, a faster site-survey routine, and one record of every enquiry and its stage.

  3. 3

Build the pages that win tenders

A page for each kind of site you want more of, for example residential societies or factories, with the training and supervision detail a client asks about.

  4. 4

    Bring enquiries in

Search visibility for facility managers and society committees searching for security, and listings on the directories where tenders and enquiries actually start.

  5. 5

    Keep the contracts

A renewal reminder sixty days out, a supervisor visit record the client can see, and a referral ask to satisfied society committees and facility managers.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

A resident has posted about a theft at a site we cover. What do we write?
One line saying you take it seriously and a number to call, with no mention of the building, the guard or what happened. Tell your client before you post anything. Their own statement to residents comes first, and your contract probably says so.
Former guards are posting about salary delays. Can we get those removed?
Almost never, and you should not want to. Fix the payment date, tell the current staff it is fixed, and the posts stop being written. Whether any specific post crosses a line is a question for your own legal adviser.
How is marketing different for a security services company?
Facility managers decide on trust, licences and references, not on a marketing message. The work is about being found by the right facility managers and answering fast with proof ready, not about advertising creative.
Do we need to advertise for guarding contracts?
Usually not first. Buyers search when they need a vendor, so search pages and directory listings bring most enquiries. Ads help for a short push, for example when a new tech park or apartment cluster is about to open near you.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
