Security services companies · Social media

Use LinkedIn for facility heads and keep hiring posts somewhere else.

Social media for a security agency does two unrelated jobs: reaching the managers and property heads who buy, and reaching guards who want work. GullySales writes the buyer-facing posts for LinkedIn, moves recruitment to where applicants look, and keeps every client's premises out of the pictures.

A community noticeboard under a small pitched roof, posters layered four deep, with a fresh notice just pinned over the corner of an older one

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For security services companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • A photograph of a client's gate is a security problem

Camera positions, entry routes and staffing patterns should not be published by the agency guarding them. Your contract probably forbids it anyway.

  • The recruitment feed and the sales feed cannot share a page

A manager scrolling twenty vacancy posts learns one thing, which is that you are short of guards. That is not the impression you were paying for.

  • Facility managers change buildings and take vendors with them

The man who ran the office park last year now runs a mall. Staying visible to him is worth more than reaching a thousand strangers.

  • Never post about an incident

A foiled theft feels like proof and reads as a breach of trust. The client has to hear it from you, not read it.

What we do

What we deliver for security services companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A LinkedIn plan aimed at property and facility heads

A weekly rhythm on the account of whoever handles business development, written about site problems rather than about the agency.

Result: The buyers who move between buildings keep seeing you.

  2. Posts built from site types, never from clients

What a three-shift factory gate needs, what changes when a society hands over, written generally with nothing identifying a building.

Result: You show experience without naming a single site.

  3. An image rule for guards and premises

Written consent from any officer photographed, no client premises, no camera positions, and a named person who approves each picture.

Result: Nothing posted puts a site or a guard at risk.

  4. Recruitment moved to where guards look

Vacancies posted on the job groups and local pages applicants actually use, with the careers number, off the buyer-facing account.

Result: Hiring continues without spoiling the sales feed.

  5. A routine for staying in touch with past contacts

A short list of managers you have worked with, checked for job changes, with a note sent when somebody moves to a new site.

Result: A change of building becomes an enquiry.

  6. Enquiries traced back to the channel

Connection requests, messages and quote requests that mention a post, reported monthly against the audit baseline.

Result: You can stop posting where nothing comes back.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these security services companies.

  • Manned guarding for corporate offices
  • Residential society and gated community security
  • Industrial and factory security
  • Retail and mall security
  • Event and venue security
  • CCTV and control room monitoring services
  • Cash and valuables escort services

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for security services companies

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how fast a quote enquiry gets a site visit and a proposal, how licences and references are shown, and which sites are due for renewal.

  2. 2

Fix the proposal and the record

A proposal format with the PSARA licence and references built in, a faster site-survey routine, and one record of every enquiry and its stage.

  3. 3

Build the pages that win tenders

A page for each kind of site you want more of, for example residential societies or factories, with the training and supervision detail a client asks about.

  4. 4

    Bring enquiries in

Search visibility for facility managers and society committees searching for security, and listings on the directories where tenders and enquiries actually start.

  5. 5

    Keep the contracts

A renewal reminder sixty days out, a supervisor visit record the client can see, and a referral ask to satisfied society committees and facility managers.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we post photographs of our guards on duty?
Only with the officer's written consent and nothing identifying the client's premises in the frame. A portrait at your own office or a training session is safer and does the same job. Ask your client before anything taken at their site goes anywhere.
Is Instagram worth anything for us?
For hiring, sometimes. For winning contracts, no. A facility manager is not choosing a guarding vendor from a feed, and your effort is better spent on the proposal and the renewal calendar.
How is marketing different for a security services company?
Facility managers decide on trust, licences and references, not on a marketing message. The work is about being found by the right facility managers and answering fast with proof ready, not about advertising creative.
Do we need to advertise for guarding contracts?
Usually not first. Buyers search when they need a vendor, so search pages and directory listings bring most enquiries. Ads help for a short push, for example when a new tech park or apartment cluster is about to open near you.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
