Signage companies · Digital marketing

Photograph every board you fix, because the picture is the marketing.

Everything in this trade is decided by pictures of finished work, so the plan starts with who holds the phone on installation day. GullySales builds that photography routine, then puts it to work across Maps, the directories and the projects teams who award rollouts.

A steam traction engine belted across a stackyard to a wooden threshing machine: the long flat belt taut between the flywheel and the drive pulley, the flywheel spinning, a straw elevator raking up off the far end, a full sack hanging on the sack spout, a corn stack half taken down behind and a water cart standing by

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For signage companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Installation day is the only chance and it is usually missed

The board goes up, the crew leaves, and nobody has a picture of it lit at dusk. That picture was worth more than the day's labour.

  • You sell to two buyers who share nothing

A tailor three roads away and a projects manager at a brand in another city. Same workshop, and one plan will not cover both of them.

  • Budget belongs where the enquiry has a date on it

A shop opening on a fixed day converts. A brand surveying vendors for next year does not. Spend in that proportion.

  • A listing full of two-year-old flex tells the story

Clients read the age of your photographs before they read your profile. Old flex boards say you have not made anything better since.

What we do

What we deliver for signage companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A photography routine on every installation

Who takes the pictures, what is shot including the lit board at dusk and the client's frontage, and where the files go the same evening.

Result: Every job produces material you can use.

  2. Maps and directory profiles kept current

Categories by sign type, recent photographs sorted by area, correct working hours and a steady flow of reviews from finished jobs.

Result: Your listing looks like a working business.

  3. A contractor and designer routine

A regular visit and a portfolio left with the fit-out firms and interior designers who choose the sign vendor on most retail projects.

Result: You are recommended before the client searches.

  4. A LinkedIn approach for projects teams

Store launch, projects and facilities people at brands and builders in your region, approached with rollout photographs rather than a company profile.

Result: Rollout work finally has a route to you.

  5. A portfolio organised by sign type

Work sorted into shop fronts, letters, glow signs, neon, wayfinding and hoardings, ready to send from the phone in a single message.

Result: You answer what have you done like this in a minute.

  6. A monthly count of enquiries by source and buyer

Where each enquiry came from, whether it was a shop or a brand, and what it became, beside the numbers taken before the work started.

Result: You can stop paying the source that brings nothing.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

    Fix the quote and approval

A quote format that explains material and a design approval step with a clear sign-off.

  3. 3

    Show the work

Pages and profiles for each type of sign, filled with installation photos by area.

  4. 4

    Win the repeat accounts

Vendor registration with brands, builders and hospitals, and partner relationships with fit-out contractors.

  5. 5

    Stay with the client

Maintenance contracts, pre-monsoon checks and festival refresh offers for every board installed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who should be taking the installation photographs?
One named person on the crew, with the shots listed on a card in the vehicle. Left to whoever remembers, it happens on the ordinary jobs and not on the good ones. The dusk shot of a lit board is the one worth going back for.
Our shop clients and our brand clients have nothing in common. Two plans?
Yes, and they cost different amounts. Local shop work comes from Maps, directories and contractors. Rollouts come from projects teams and a vendor pack. Running one plan for both usually means the brands get ignored.
Is JustDial worth paying for as a sign maker?
It can be, if you answer fast and track which leads turn into site visits. Many listings bring price checks, so compare its cost per confirmed order with Google Maps and contractor referrals before renewing.
How do we get onto a franchise brand's vendor list?
Reach the projects or store launch team before a rollout, with a vendor pack showing past multi-site work, capacity and paperwork. One well-executed trial outlet usually opens the door to the rest.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
