Signage companies · Reputation management

The review gets written the first time it rains on your board.

In this trade the complaint arrives months after the job, when an LED strip fails in the first heavy rain. GullySales puts the warranty in writing on the quote, sets up a pre-monsoon check on every board you installed, and writes the reply that states the fix and the date.

A statue plinth seen close: the bronze figure implied only by its feet and the hem of its drapery above the top of the frame, one face of the stone pedestal scrubbed pale and the other still grimy and carrying a scrawl of paint, with a pressure hose coiled on the steps beside a bucket, brushes and cloths

What reputation management means

Reputation management is watching what is said about your business across Google, social media and review sites, and responding to it before it changes a buyer's mind. GullySales monitors mentions, drafts responses to negative reviews and flags recurring complaints back to your team.

For signage companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Nobody reviews a board that works

Reviews in this trade come from failures, which is why an unmanaged profile drifts downward over the years while your workmanship stays the same.

  • A contractor's one-line opinion costs more than a review

He is asked on the next five sites who he uses. One bad handover ends that, and it never appears online anywhere at all.

  • Most one-star reviews are warranty arguments

The client believes a three-year-old glow sign should be repaired free. Nothing was written down at the time, so both sides are guessing.

  • A failed board carries your number on a busy street

Half the letters are dark and your phone number is under them. That is an advertisement running against you every evening until somebody attends.

What we do

What we deliver for signage companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. The warranty written onto the quote

What is covered, for how long, what is excluded and what the client must not do, printed on the quote rather than explained on site.

Result: The argument happens before the sale, not after it.

  2. A pre-monsoon check offered to every past client

A list of boards installed in the last two or three years, with a check-and-clean offer sent before the rains rather than after a failure.

Result: You get paid to prevent the complaint.

  3. A review asked for at handover

The request made when the board is first switched on, with the lit photograph sent to the client in the same message.

Result: You collect reviews at the one happy moment.

  4. Replies written for failure and delay complaints

Standard answers stating what went wrong, what has been done and by when, without arguing in public about who was late on site.

Result: The next reader sees a firm that turns up.

  5. Contractor references collected with permission

Two or three fit-out contractors who have agreed to speak for your work, with the sites they can refer to noted beside their names.

Result: You have a reference ready when a brand asks.

  6. A monthly read of what actually failed

Complaints counted by cause, whether the module, the power supply, the sealing or the fixing, and taken to the workshop instead of filed.

Result: The same fault stops repeating.

How the result is measured

  • Average rating
  • Response time to reviews
  • Negative mentions resolved

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

A board failed in the rain and the client posted about it. What now?
Fix it first and reply afterwards. Say when the crew will attend and what will be replaced, publicly, with no argument about the warranty. Then put that board on a pre-monsoon list so it does not happen twice.
Should we be asking contractors for reviews?
Ask them for references rather than reviews. A contractor will take a phone call about your work and will almost never write anything online. Written reviews come from shop owners, and the moment to ask is the evening the board lights up.
Is JustDial worth paying for as a sign maker?
It can be, if you answer fast and track which leads turn into site visits. Many listings bring price checks, so compare its cost per confirmed order with Google Maps and contractor referrals before renewing.
How do we get onto a franchise brand's vendor list?
Reach the projects or store launch team before a rollout, with a vendor pack showing past multi-site work, capacity and paperwork. One well-executed trial outlet usually opens the door to the rest.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
