Film the switch-on, because that is the only clip this trade needs.

A board lighting up for the first time is thirty seconds of content that happens on every job and is filmed on almost none. GullySales makes that a rule on site, builds the posting plan around it, and runs a separate approach for the people awarding rollouts.

A community noticeboard under a small pitched roof, posters layered four deep, with a fresh notice just pinned over the corner of an older one

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For signage companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The switch-on is the whole content plan

Dusk, a dark shopfront, and then the letters come on. It takes thirty seconds and it happens on every single job you do.

  • Workshop clips travel further than finished boards

Bending a neon tube, routing an acrylic letter, fixing modules into a channel. People watch things being made, and they share them.

  • Instagram brings cafes; LinkedIn brings rollouts

The two platforms deliver two completely different buyers. Posting the same thing to both wastes one of them entirely.

  • Tagging the shop reaches its own customers

The tailor whose board you made has followers on the same street. His post lands in front of the neighbours you want next.

What we do

What we deliver for signage companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A filming rule written into the job

Thirty seconds of the switch-on and three photographs of the finished board, taken by a named person on the crew before the vehicle leaves.

Result: Every installation produces something to post.

  2. A weekly posting plan by sign type

What goes out and when, rotating shop fronts, letters, neon and wayfinding so the feed shows the full range rather than one job repeated.

Result: Followers see everything you can make.

  3. A workshop series shot during normal work

Short clips of fabrication, from routing and bending to fixing modules, filmed on ordinary working days rather than staged for a shoot.

Result: People who were not looking for a board start following.

  4. A LinkedIn routine for projects teams

Rollout photographs and site counts posted for store launch, projects and facilities people, with connection requests to brands growing in your region.

Result: Multi-site buyers see the work that matters to them.

  5. A permission line in the order form

A short clause letting you photograph, film and post the client's board, agreed at the time of the order instead of asked for afterwards.

Result: You can publish without ringing anybody.

  6. A monthly count of enquiries by platform

How many enquiries came from each platform and what they were for, so posting effort follows the buyer rather than the habit.

Result: You can stop posting where nobody is buying.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

A quote format that explains material and a design approval step with a clear sign-off.

  3. 3

    Show the work

Pages and profiles for each type of sign, filled with installation photos by area.

  4. 4

    Win the repeat accounts

Vendor registration with brands, builders and hospitals, and partner relationships with fit-out contractors.

  5. 5

    Stay with the client

Maintenance contracts, pre-monsoon checks and festival refresh offers for every board installed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need permission to post a client's board?
Put a line in the order form covering it and you will rarely be refused. Some franchise brands have rules about showing an outlet before it opens, so ask the projects team on those jobs. A shop owner is usually pleased to be tagged.
Which platform brings franchise work?
LinkedIn, and only if you post rollout work rather than single boards. A projects manager wants to see five outlets finished in a month. Instagram brings the cafe, the salon and the boutique, which is a good business and a different one.
Is JustDial worth paying for as a sign maker?
It can be, if you answer fast and track which leads turn into site visits. Many listings bring price checks, so compare its cost per confirmed order with Google Maps and contractor referrals before renewing.
How do we get onto a franchise brand's vendor list?
Reach the projects or store launch team before a rollout, with a vendor pack showing past multi-site work, capacity and paperwork. One well-executed trial outlet usually opens the door to the rest.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
