Signage companies · Pay per click advertising

Pay for the click that ends in a measurement, not a rate on chat.

A click from somebody collecting three rates costs the same as one from somebody ready to book a site visit. GullySales builds the keyword and negative lists around your installation radius, writes ads that ask for a measurement, and tracks calls through to confirmed orders.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend daily against enquiries received.

For signage companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The ad has to ask for the measurement

An ad offering a quote gets a rate enquiry by message. An ad offering to come and measure the shopfront gets an address and a time.

  • Negatives decide this account

Signage software, sign language, signboard vacancies, design-only enquiries and school project queries all spend the same money as a real job would.

  • The radius is an installation radius

A board sixty kilometres out means a crew, a vehicle and a lost day. The ad area should match how far you will actually travel to fix one.

  • The season is somebody else's opening date

Shop fit-outs cluster before the festivals and before the financial year closes. Budget should rise in those weeks and fall away after them.

What we do

What we deliver for signage companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A keyword list split by sign type

Separate groups for ACP board, acrylic letters, glow sign, neon and hoarding, each with its own ad text and its own landing page.

Result: The enquiry tells you what it is for before you pick up.

  2. A long negative keyword list

Software, sign language, jobs, free design, school projects and material-only enquiries excluded, and added to each week from the search report.

Result: Your budget stops paying for a different trade entirely.

  3. Call ads inside your installation radius

Ads running in working hours across the distance your crew will travel, pointing at a phone number rather than at a contact form.

Result: The enquiry reaches whoever can book a slot.

  4. A landing page per sign type

A short page with installed photographs of that sign type, what changes the rate, and a button that books a site measurement.

Result: The click has proof sitting in front of it.

  5. Call recordings read every week

The first month's calls listened to, with a note of what was asked and how it was handled, so the ad text and the script both improve.

Result: You hear why an enquiry did not become a visit.

  6. A cost per site visit and per confirmed board

Spend set against measurements booked and boards confirmed rather than against clicks, and read against the enquiry numbers from before the work.

Result: You know what an order from search costs you.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for signage companies

  1. 1

    Assess

Through the free audit we trace where your enquiries come from, how long quotes take, how many turn into orders, and how many clients ever came back.

  2. 2

    Fix the quote and approval

A quote format that explains material and a design approval step with a clear sign-off.

  3. 3

    Show the work

Pages and profiles for each type of sign, filled with installation photos by area.

  4. 4

    Win the repeat accounts

Vendor registration with brands, builders and hospitals, and partner relationships with fit-out contractors.

  5. 5

    Stay with the client

Maintenance contracts, pre-monsoon checks and festival refresh offers for every board installed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Our ads bring people who only want a rate. How do we fix it?
Change the offer in the ad before you change the bid. Ask for a free site measurement and say the rate depends on the material. Most rate collectors will not give an address, which is exactly the filter you wanted.
How far out should we advertise?
As far as you will send a crew and a vehicle without complaining about it. Draw that line on a map first, then set the ad radius to match. Beyond it, you are paying to quote jobs you do not want.
Is JustDial worth paying for as a sign maker?
It can be, if you answer fast and track which leads turn into site visits. Many listings bring price checks, so compare its cost per confirmed order with Google Maps and contractor referrals before renewing.
How do we get onto a franchise brand's vendor list?
Reach the projects or store launch team before a rollout, with a vendor pack showing past multi-site work, capacity and paperwork. One well-executed trial outlet usually opens the door to the rest.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
