Solar installation companies · Branding

Show a buyer why a young company will still answer in year fifteen.

You are selling a twenty-five year system from a company most buyers have never heard of, in a trade where installers disappear. GullySales settles what your company stands for, turns the handover into a document pack a customer keeps, and makes the crew, the van and the quotation look like the same firm.

A sign-painter's bench: a shop sign on a low easel lettered as far as its last character, which is still only pencilled in, a mahl stick laid across the work, open tins of paint on the floor and a finished sign hanging from its iron bracket above

What branding means

Branding is what a customer remembers about your business beyond the product, including your name, colours, tone of voice and what you are known for locally. GullySales sets or corrects this once and applies it consistently across your website, signage and adverts so the business looks like one company everywhere.

For solar installation companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The product outlives most of the companies that sell it

Buyers know this, which is why they ask how long you have been around before they ask about panel brands.

  • Your crew is the brand for two days on a roof

Neighbours are watching the work, the safety gear and how the site is left. That is half of your next enquiry in that street.

  • The handover file is what a customer shows a friend

Warranty cards, the layout drawing, approvals and the service number in one folder beat any brochure you could print.

What we do

What we deliver for solar installation companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A written position on the roofs you take

Which system sizes, which buyers and which areas you are built for, decided with you and used on the site, the deck and the introduction your salespeople give.

Result: Your team stops quoting jobs that never suited you.

  2. A handover pack the customer keeps

Panel and inverter warranty cards, the layout drawing, approval copies, the monitoring login, cleaning instructions and the service contact, in one folder handed over at commissioning.

Result: The customer can find everything two years later.

  3. A quotation format nobody in your area uses

Generation estimate, savings working, subsidy treatment, component list with warranties, timeline and who files the DISCOM application, laid out the same way every time.

Result: Your quote is the one the family keeps on the table.

  4. Crew, van and site board in one identity

Shirts, safety gear, vehicle branding and a small site board during installation, so the two days on a roof advertise you to the whole street.

Result: Neighbours know who did that roof.

  5. An after-sales promise put in writing

Your own response time, cleaning schedule and warranty support terms, written into the proposal rather than said on a call and forgotten.

Result: A cautious buyer has something to hold you to.

How the result is measured

  • Recognition in customer feedback
  • Consistency across channels
  • Repeat enquiries by name

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for solar installation companies

  1. 1

    Assess

In the free audit call we trace last summer's enquiries. How fast was each survey booked, and how many quotes were followed up after they went out?

  2. 2

    Fix the survey and quote

A reply and survey routine, a quote format that explains generation and subsidy, and a record of every enquiry and quote.

  3. 3

    Build the pages

Pages for each system and buyer type, a subsidy and net metering explainer, and local pages for the areas you install in.

  4. 4

    Bring enquiries in

Local search, reviews from installed customers, seasonal advertising, and referral relationships with electricians, builders and RWAs.

  5. 5

    Close and keep

Quote follow-up on a schedule, commercial proposals with payback, and maintenance and upgrade offers for every system you have installed.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We are four years old. Should we hide that?
No, and it is checkable anyway. Show the number of rooftops, the areas you have worked in and customers who will take a call. Those answer the worry better than a founding year.
Do panel brand logos help our brand?
They reassure on equipment, not on service, and every competitor shows the same ones. Use them, then spend the space on your own installation and support record.
Can you get us more PM Surya Ghar customers?
We can make you easier to find and choose once a homeowner has applied. A homeowner scrolling the vendor list will usually search your name next, and your page and Maps reviews decide the call. The scheme's rules and approvals stay with the portal and your DISCOM.
Our enquiries only come in summer. Can that change?
Partly. Starting campaigns before bills rise spreads the surveys out, and the monsoon is the right time for maintenance and upgrade offers to past customers. Solar demand will always be seasonal, so the plan works with it rather than against it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
