Solar installation companies · Pay per click advertising

Buy summer enquiries at a rate your survey team can keep up with.

Paid search is how a solar installer catches the weeks when bills rise and everyone asks at once. GullySales runs separate campaigns for home and commercial roofs, puts the qualifying questions inside the form, and paces the budget so surveys do not pile up beyond what your team can visit.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend daily against enquiries received.

For solar installation companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Enquiries you cannot survey this week are enquiries lost

A homeowner comparing three installers will not wait ten days for your engineer, so the budget is set by survey capacity.

  • Half the clicks want a dealership, not a rooftop

Franchise seekers, panel traders and people looking up wholesale rates per watt all arrive through the same words.

  • One question sorts the buyers

Ask the monthly bill amount and whether they own the roof, and the serious enquiry separates itself from the tenant browsing at midnight.

What we do

What we deliver for solar installation companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Home and commercial campaigns kept apart

One campaign for rooftop homes and societies, another for factory and institutional roofs, each with its own budget, words and landing page.

Result: A factory enquiry stops costing you home-rooftop clicks.

  2. A form that asks bill, roof and pin code

Four fields on the landing page covering the monthly bill, whether the roof is owned or rented, the area and a phone number.

Result: The survey team knows who to call first.

  3. A negative list for the trade and the curious

Dealership, franchise, distributor, panel manufacturer, job, subsidy status check and portal login, added before launch and reviewed monthly from the search terms.

Result: The budget stays on people with a roof.

  4. Budget paced across the season

Spend raised in the weeks before bills peak, held steady through the rush and cut back when the survey diary is full, rather than spent evenly all year.

Result: You buy enquiries when you can still serve them.

  5. Adverts that carry the subsidy line correctly

Ad text describing the scheme as a fact and never as a discount you are handing out, with the claim checked against the current rules before it runs.

Result: You attract the interest without promising anything you cannot.

  6. Reporting in surveys, not in leads

Cost per enquiry, per survey booked, per quote sent and per order signed by campaign, measured against the baseline.

Result: You know what a signed rooftop cost in advertising.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

How the work runs for solar installation companies

  1. 1

    Assess

In the free audit call we trace last summer's enquiries. How fast was each survey booked, and how many quotes were followed up after they went out?

  2. 2

    Fix the survey and quote

A reply and survey routine, a quote format that explains generation and subsidy, and a record of every enquiry and quote.

  3. 3

    Build the pages

Pages for each system and buyer type, a subsidy and net metering explainer, and local pages for the areas you install in.

  4. 4

    Bring enquiries in

Local search, reviews from installed customers, seasonal advertising, and referral relationships with electricians, builders and RWAs.

  5. 5

    Close and keep

Quote follow-up on a schedule, commercial proposals with payback, and maintenance and upgrade offers for every system you have installed.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Our cost per enquiry triples in April. Is that normal?
Yes, everyone bids at once. The answer is to start in February when clicks are cheaper, and to keep spending in the monsoon for societies and commercial roofs.
Should we advertise a price per kilowatt?
Advertise a band and say what changes it. A single low number brings buyers who will leave you for anyone quoting a rupee less.
Can you get us more PM Surya Ghar customers?
We can make you easier to find and choose once a homeowner has applied. A homeowner scrolling the vendor list will usually search your name next, and your page and Maps reviews decide the call. The scheme's rules and approvals stay with the portal and your DISCOM.
Our enquiries only come in summer. Can that change?
Partly. Starting campaigns before bills rise spreads the surveys out, and the monsoon is the right time for maintenance and upgrade offers to past customers. Solar demand will always be seasonal, so the plan works with it rather than against it.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
