GullySales

Solar installation companies · Local SEO

Be the installer with finished rooftops in the buyer's own pin code.

A homeowner spending a lakh or more wants an installer who works nearby and will come back for service. GullySales completes the Business Profile with your system types and service areas, puts real rooftops from each locality on it, and makes your details match the vendor list a buyer checks next.

A market cross in a small town square: a stepped stone cross of four worn tiers standing in a ring of cobbles, a coil of stall rope left on the bottom step, a chalk pitch marked out on the stones and a chalk arrow pointing in from the nearest lane

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For solar installation companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The vendor list sends people to search your name

A homeowner picking from the registered vendors types your company name next, and a weak profile undoes the listing.

  • Buyers want to see a roof they could walk to

A photograph of a house in the next layout answers more doubts than a panel brochure ever will.

  • Service, not just supply, decides the search

People search for a solar installer near me because they are thinking about who will climb up in year four when the inverter beeps.

What we do

What we deliver for solar installation companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A profile that names systems and service areas

Solar energy contractor set as the category, with home, society, hybrid and commercial work listed, and the taluks and localities you cover written out.

Result: The profile matches the search a homeowner makes.

  2. Rooftop photographs sorted by locality

Pictures of finished installations from each area you work in, added every month with the customer's permission and the locality named in the caption.

Result: A buyer sees work from their own neighbourhood.

  3. Pages for the areas and apartment clusters you install in

A page per town or locality naming the DISCOM office, the kind of roofs there and the systems you have already commissioned nearby.

Result: A local search finds evidence you work there.

  4. The same company details on the portal and everywhere else

Name, address, phone and spelling matched across the scheme's vendor listing, your website, Maps and directory sites, with the old numbers removed.

Result: The buyer checking two sources finds one company.

  5. Reviews collected area by area

A routine that asks for reviews from customers in each locality you want to grow in, so the listing shows local names rather than a single cluster.

Result: Your reviews look like your service map.

  6. Profile posts when a system goes live

A short post with the size, the area and one photograph each time a rooftop is commissioned, which also keeps the listing active.

Result: The profile shows a company installing this month.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for solar installation companies

  1. 1

    Assess

In the free audit call we trace last summer's enquiries. How fast was each survey booked, and how many quotes were followed up after they went out?

  2. 2

    Fix the survey and quote

A reply and survey routine, a quote format that explains generation and subsidy, and a record of every enquiry and quote.

  3. 3

    Build the pages

Pages for each system and buyer type, a subsidy and net metering explainer, and local pages for the areas you install in.

  4. 4

    Bring enquiries in

Local search, reviews from installed customers, seasonal advertising, and referral relationships with electricians, builders and RWAs.

  5. 5

    Close and keep

Quote follow-up on a schedule, commercial proposals with payback, and maintenance and upgrade offers for every system you have installed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We work from a small office and store material elsewhere. What do we list?
List the office if customers visit, otherwise set a service area. Either way, keep the address consistent with the one on your vendor registration.
Can we rank in a city three hours away?
Only with a real presence there, and only if you can service it. Marketing a town your engineer cannot reach produces complaints, not orders.
Can you get us more PM Surya Ghar customers?
We can make you easier to find and choose once a homeowner has applied. A homeowner scrolling the vendor list will usually search your name next, and your page and Maps reviews decide the call. The scheme's rules and approvals stay with the portal and your DISCOM.
Our enquiries only come in summer. Can that change?
Partly. Starting campaigns before bills rise spreads the surveys out, and the monsoon is the right time for maintenance and upgrade offers to past customers. Solar demand will always be seasonal, so the plan works with it rather than against it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
