Stationery and office supply dealers · Branding

Your quote is forwarded to accounts, so the quote is your brand.

For an office supply dealer the brand is a WhatsApp profile, a quote format, an invoice and a delivery vehicle, because most customers never walk in. GullySales makes those agree with each other, and builds the company profile a procurement team asks for before it will register you.

A sign-painter's bench: a shop sign on a low easel lettered as far as its last character, which is still only pencilled in, a mahl stick laid across the work, open tins of paint on the floor and a finished sign hanging from its iron bracket above

What branding means

Branding is what a customer remembers about your business beyond the product, including your name, colours, tone of voice and what you are known for locally. GullySales sets or corrects this once and applies it consistently across your website, signage and adverts so the business looks like one company everywhere.

For stationery and office supply dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The quote reaches people you never meet

The admin forwards it to accounts and sometimes to her manager. A quote typed into a chat window loses to one on a letterhead with terms printed on it.

  • A name with only stationery in it hides half your business

Offices that would buy toner, pantry and housekeeping from you assume you sell pens and files. Your description has to say otherwise in every place it appears.

  • Your delivery staff are the only people they see

For a monthly account, the man carrying the carton is the whole company. A shirt with the shop name and a printed challan change what that office thinks.

  • Procurement asks for a profile document

Registration forms want GST details, your range, your delivery capacity and something on paper. Most dealers assemble that in a panic on the day.

What we do

What we deliver for stationery and office supply dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A quote and invoice format that travels

Letterhead, item table, slab rates, tax breakup, credit terms and delivery days, so the document survives being forwarded to an accounts department.

Result: Your quote is taken seriously by people you never speak to.

  2. A description covering the whole range

One short line naming office supplies, consumables, pantry, housekeeping and school lines, used identically on the board, the profile and the catalogue.

Result: Nobody assumes you only sell pens.

  3. A company profile ready for vendor registration

Two pages carrying registration details, range, delivery area, capacity, the kinds of account you hold and your references, kept ready rather than written on demand.

Result: A registration form takes an hour, not a week.

  4. Shop board, vehicle and staff shirts

The same name, colours and phone number on the shopfront, on the delivery vehicle and on what your staff wear while they are out on rounds.

Result: The office recognises you before the bill arrives.

  5. A catalogue laid out for a phone screen

Item list, pack sizes and photographs set out to be read on a phone rather than printed, because that is where an admin actually opens it.

Result: The catalogue gets used instead of ignored.

  6. One check across every place your name appears

Maps, JustDial, IndiaMART, the GeM listing, the WhatsApp profile and the shop board compared line by line for name, number and description.

Result: Your details stop contradicting each other.

How the result is measured

  • Recognition in customer feedback
  • Consistency across channels
  • Repeat enquiries by name

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

How the work runs for stationery and office supply dealers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your walk-in and account mix, how quotes are handled, which offices and schools have stopped ordering, and how visible you are nearby.

  2. 2

    Make ordering easy

A catalogue, a price list and a same-day quote routine on WhatsApp and email.

  3. 3

    Win accounts nearby

Office and school outreach, local search and a GeM listing where it fits.

  4. 4

    Grow each account

Pantry, housekeeping and gifting added to the monthly order, and seasonal campaigns for schools and year-end.

  5. 5

    Keep the reorder

An account register, reorder reminders and a monthly review of volume and dues.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

  • France Fox

    Situation
Eco claims are common enough in menswear that buyers discount them on sight. France Fox had a real production story and nowhere to set it out, which is the wrong way round.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we change our shop name?
Only where it works against you, such as a name saying school stationery when you want office accounts. A change costs you the recognition you already have on your own road. Fixing the description usually does the same job for nothing.
Will a logo bring us office accounts?
On its own, no. A proper quote format and a company profile open far more accounts than a logo does. Design the logo as part of that work rather than instead of it.
How can a local stationery dealer compete with Amazon Business?
Not on the price of A4 paper alone. Win on the things a marketplace cannot do, such as next-day delivery of a mixed forty-item list and one monthly GST bill. A call before the office runs out of toner is the hardest of all for an app to match.
Is it worth registering on GeM?
If there are government offices, schools or public sector units in your area, usually yes. It takes effort to list products and compete on price, so we look at the demand near you before recommending it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
