Stationery and office supply dealers · Local SEO

Show up when a newly opened office goes looking for a supplier.

Local search for an office supply dealer covers two different distances: the walk-in customers a few streets away and the offices you deliver to ten kilometres out. GullySales sets the profile up for both, names the areas you serve, and keeps the school season visible on it.

A market cross in a small town square: a stepped stone cross of four worn tiers standing in a ring of cobbles, a coil of stall rope left on the bottom step, a chalk pitch marked out on the stones and a chalk arrow pointing in from the nearest lane

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For stationery and office supply dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Your shop radius and your delivery radius are two businesses

Walk-ins come from three streets. Office accounts sit ten kilometres away and need pages naming those roads, because a profile alone will not reach them.

  • An admin searches with the building name

Not office stationery, but the name of her tech park or her industrial estate. Those names belong in the profile description and on a page.

  • Photographs of shelves beat a picture of the signboard

A buyer wants to see whether you hold toner, files, pantry lines and housekeeping items. Your shopfront tells her nothing about any of that.

  • In June your listing is a school listing

Parents search the school name and yours in the same breath. Posts and photographs about kits, published in April, put you in that result.

What we do

What we deliver for stationery and office supply dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A profile that names the whole range

Categories and a description covering office supplies, printer consumables, pantry, housekeeping, school kits and bulk supply, instead of the word stationery alone.

Result: You appear for the things you actually sell.

  2. The delivery area set and written out

Your service area configured on the profile, and the parks, estates and roads inside it named on a page so each one can be searched for.

Result: Offices ten kilometres away can find you.

  3. Shelf and godown photographs added monthly

Pictures of stock, packed orders, the delivery vehicle and the counter, uploaded regularly so the profile looks like a working business.

Result: A buyer sees the range before she calls.

  4. Season posts timed to April and October

Profile posts for kit pre-orders in April, exam supplies before the boards and diaries in October, published before the demand rather than during it.

Result: You are on the listing when the search starts.

  5. A review flow that runs all year

A short link printed on the invoice and a request made after a good delivery, so reviews arrive in every month instead of only in June.

Result: The profile does not look abandoned between seasons.

  6. Every listing carrying the same name and number

Maps, JustDial, IndiaMART and your own site checked against each other for name, address, hours and phone number once a quarter.

Result: Nothing about you contradicts anything else.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for stationery and office supply dealers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your walk-in and account mix, how quotes are handled, which offices and schools have stopped ordering, and how visible you are nearby.

  2. 2

    Make ordering easy

A catalogue, a price list and a same-day quote routine on WhatsApp and email.

  3. 3

    Win accounts nearby

Office and school outreach, local search and a GeM listing where it fits.

  4. 4

    Grow each account

Pantry, housekeeping and gifting added to the monthly order, and seasonal campaigns for schools and year-end.

  5. 5

    Keep the reorder

An account register, reorder reminders and a monthly review of volume and dues.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We deliver ten kilometres out but only nearby searches find us. Why?
Because a profile ranks largely on how far away the person searching is. That is what the area pages are for. Write one for each park or estate you deliver to, and a search from there has something to match.
How many categories should we pick on the listing?
One main category and the few that are genuinely true. Adding toner and office supplies is right if you stock them. Adding printing or gifts you do not do will bring calls you cannot serve.
How can a local stationery dealer compete with Amazon Business?
Not on the price of A4 paper alone. Win on the things a marketplace cannot do, such as next-day delivery of a mixed forty-item list and one monthly GST bill. A call before the office runs out of toner is the hardest of all for an app to match.
Is it worth registering on GeM?
If there are government offices, schools or public sector units in your area, usually yes. It takes effort to list products and compete on price, so we look at the demand near you before recommending it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
