Stationery and office supply dealers · Social media

Status reaches your accounts; a reel reaches nobody who buys paper.

Social media for a dealer of this kind means WhatsApp Status for the accounts you already hold, LinkedIn for admin and facilities managers, and school groups in May. GullySales sets each one up with the permission it needs, and counts what actually comes back.

A community noticeboard under a small pitched roof, posters layered four deep, with a fresh notice just pinned over the corner of an older one

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For stationery and office supply dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Your customers already have your number saved

Status is seen by every account holder without a rupee of advertising. New arrivals, a rate revision, a festival closure: that is the whole plan.

  • LinkedIn is where an admin has a job title

You can find the administration and facilities people at the companies inside your delivery radius, by name. No other channel lets you do that.

  • The parent audience lives in school and apartment groups

In May those groups discuss lists and where to buy. You get in through the association or a parent, with permission, never by dropping messages in.

  • Only art, craft and gifting are worth photographing

Nobody stops scrolling for a ream of copier paper. Colour pens, project material and corporate gift sets do get saved and forwarded.

What we do

What we deliver for stationery and office supply dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A Status plan for account holders

Two or three updates a week to the number your customers have saved: new lines, a rate revision, delivery on a holiday, pre-order dates for kits.

Result: Your accounts hear from you without being messaged.

  2. A broadcast list built on recorded consent

Customers who agreed to receive messages, held in a list with the date they agreed and an easy way to stop, kept apart from your billing data.

Result: Messages go only to people who asked for them.

  3. A LinkedIn routine aimed at admin and facilities staff

A list of companies inside your delivery area, the people who handle administration there, and a short connection note and follow-up for each.

Result: You reach the buyer by name instead of by gate pass.

  4. An agreed way into school and apartment groups

A route through the association or a class representative, with what may be posted settled in advance and used only in the weeks it is relevant.

Result: You are in the group by invitation rather than intrusion.

  5. A small photo set for craft and gifting

Pictures of art material, project supplies, diaries and gift sets, shot once and used across Status, LinkedIn and the catalogue.

Result: The lines that photograph well get seen.

  6. A monthly count of what each one brought

Enquiries traced to Status, to LinkedIn and to a group, so effort goes where orders came from rather than where posting felt busy.

Result: You can stop the ones that brought nothing.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for stationery and office supply dealers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your walk-in and account mix, how quotes are handled, which offices and schools have stopped ordering, and how visible you are nearby.

  2. 2

    Make ordering easy

A catalogue, a price list and a same-day quote routine on WhatsApp and email.

  3. 3

    Win accounts nearby

Office and school outreach, local search and a GeM listing where it fits.

  4. 4

    Grow each account

Pantry, housekeeping and gifting added to the monthly order, and seasonal campaigns for schools and year-end.

  5. 5

    Keep the reorder

An account register, reorder reminders and a monthly review of volume and dues.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

    Situation
Eco claims are common enough in menswear that buyers discount them on sight. France Fox had a real production story and nowhere to set it out, which is the wrong way round.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we post every day on Instagram?
No. A dealer posting daily pictures of files and folders is talking to nobody. Two Status updates a week to your own account holders will do more, and take a fraction of the time.
Can we put offers into a school parents group?
Only with the group admin's permission, and rarely. Parents turn on a shop that fills a class group with offers, and the school hears about it. Ask the class representative first and keep it to the list and the pre-order dates.
How can a local stationery dealer compete with Amazon Business?
Not on the price of A4 paper alone. Win on the things a marketplace cannot do, such as next-day delivery of a mixed forty-item list and one monthly GST bill. A call before the office runs out of toner is the hardest of all for an app to match.
Is it worth registering on GeM?
If there are government offices, schools or public sector units in your area, usually yes. It takes effort to list products and compete on price, so we look at the demand near you before recommending it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
