Stationery and office supply dealers · Email marketing

Send the reorder mail a purchase order can be raised against.

Email is the channel an accounts department accepts, because a purchase order has to be raised against something written. GullySales builds the monthly reorder mail carrying last month's list, the rate revision note, and the seasonal catalogue that goes out before the buying starts.

A post room: a wall rack of pigeonholes with sorted letters and strapped bundles, a loaded mail trolley wheeled up in front of it, and on the bench a franking machine with one envelope under the press arm, franked and cleared

What email marketing means

Email marketing is sending planned messages to a list of past and prospective customers who have agreed to hear from you. It suits offers, updates and staying in touch with someone who is not ready to buy yet. GullySales writes and schedules these emails and tracks who opens, clicks and enquires.

For stationery and office supply dealers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • A chat message cannot be attached to a purchase order

Accounts needs a document with your GST details and terms on it. The list arrives on chat; the order is made official by mail.

  • Last month's list is the easiest order to approve

Send it back as a draft, ask her to change what she wants, and the reorder takes a minute. That is how you beat a marketplace on effort.

  • A rate revision is a reason to write that nobody deletes

Paper and toner prices move. An office told before the next delivery forgives it. One that finds out on the invoice does not.

  • The dues reminder must go to the right desk

Chasing the admin about a ninety-day payment strains the relationship you most need. It belongs with accounts, politely, on a fixed date.

What we do

What we deliver for stationery and office supply dealers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A reorder mail carrying the last list

Sent a few days before the usual order date with what they bought last month set out as an editable list, priced at current rates.

Result: Approving a reorder takes a minute.

  2. A quote template a purchase order can cite

Quotes issued as numbered documents with tax details, validity, delivery days and payment terms, so nothing has to be retyped by the buyer.

Result: The order gets raised without a follow-up call.

  3. A rate revision note

A short mail whenever paper, toner or pantry rates move, naming the items and the new rate, sent before the next delivery rather than after it.

Result: A price change stops becoming an argument.

  4. Seasonal catalogue mails with dates on them

Kit lists in March, exam supplies before the boards, diaries and calendars in October, each sent only to the accounts that buy that category.

Result: The season's order comes to you first.

  5. A payment reminder addressed to accounts

A polite, dated reminder sent to the accounts contact rather than the admin, carrying the invoice numbers and amounts, on a fixed day each month.

Result: Dues get chased without spoiling the account.

  6. One monthly count of what the mail did

Reorders placed from the mail, catalogue mails opened by accounts that then ordered, and dues cleared after a reminder went out.

Result: You can see which of the four mails is worth keeping.

How the result is measured

  • Open rate
  • Click rate
  • Enquiries from email

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

  3. 3

    Win accounts nearby

Office and school outreach, local search and a GeM listing where it fits.

  4. 4

    Grow each account

  5. 5

    Keep the reorder

An account register, reorder reminders and a monthly review of volume and dues.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Our buyers live on WhatsApp. Why bother with email?
Because the buyer is not the payer. The admin will chat with you and the accounts department will want a document. Use both: the list comes on chat, the quote goes by mail.
How do we get hold of the accounts email address?
Ask when you deliver the first order, and put a line on the quote asking who should receive the invoice. Most offices give it without hesitation, because they want the bill to reach the right desk.
How can a local stationery dealer compete with Amazon Business?
Not on the price of A4 paper alone. Win on the things a marketplace cannot do, such as next-day delivery of a mixed forty-item list and one monthly GST bill. A call before the office runs out of toner is the hardest of all for an app to match.
Is it worth registering on GeM?
If there are government offices, schools or public sector units in your area, usually yes. It takes effort to list products and compete on price, so we look at the demand near you before recommending it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
