Stock brokers · Branding

Look like a firm that has been an exchange member for years.

Branding for a broking firm is what an investor concludes from the board outside the branch, the account opening kit and the way an authorised person introduces himself. GullySales sets that identity and the approved templates behind it, with no wording that could read as a promise about returns.

A sign-painter's bench: a shop sign on a low easel lettered as far as its last character, which is still only pencilled in, a mahl stick laid across the work, open tins of paint on the floor and a finished sign hanging from its iron bracket above

What branding means

Branding is what a customer remembers about your business beyond the product, including your name, colours, tone of voice and what you are known for locally. GullySales sets or corrects this once and applies it consistently across your website, signage and adverts so the business looks like one company everywhere.

For stock brokers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Longevity is one of the few claims you may freely make

How long the firm has been a member, how many branches, who runs it. Almost everything about performance is restricted, so the identity has to carry the trust instead.

  • A logo with a rising arrow is a performance claim

Upward graphs, bulls and green candles read as an assurance about returns. Your compliance officer will say so eventually, and it is cheaper to hear it now.

  • Each authorised person is your firm in a town you never visit

His signboard, his visiting card and his display picture are what you look like there. Without templates, he invents all three.

  • The account opening kit is read more closely than any advertisement

A family sits at a table and goes through the whole thing. That document does more for trust than a year of posting.

What we do

What we deliver for stock brokers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A mark and colours with nothing to defend

An identity built without arrows, graphs or growth imagery, checked against the restrictions on claims before it goes anywhere.

Result: Nothing in the logo has to be explained to anyone.

  2. Branch signage to one specification

Board sizes, wording, registration details and layout for a branch or an authorised person's office, made consistent across towns.

Result: Every office looks like the same firm.

  3. An authorised person kit that cannot go wrong

Visiting cards, signboard artwork, a leaflet and message templates with approved wording already in place and blanks only for a name and address.

Result: He fills in his details, not his claims.

  4. The account opening kit redrawn

Folder, forms, disclosures and a plain sheet on what happens next and who to call, laid out to be read rather than filed.

Result: A new client finishes the kit with your number written down.

  5. What the firm says about itself, agreed once

A short description of the firm, its history and its services, approved and then used everywhere from the website to a branch board.

Result: The same sentence turns up wherever somebody checks.

How the result is measured

  • Recognition in customer feedback
  • Consistency across channels
  • Repeat enquiries by name

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

This is written for these stock brokers.

  • Full-service regional stock broking firms

  • Depository participants offering demat services

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for stock brokers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at account opening, activation and dormancy numbers, branch and authorised person activity, and how content moves through compliance.

  2. 2

    Fix activation

A first-weeks routine for new accounts and a plan for the dormant book, so accounts opened become accounts used.

  3. 3

    Build the approved kit

Education content and templates written with compliance review built in, for head office, branches and authorised persons.

  4. 4

    Bring investors in

Local search for each branch, referral routines with CAs and lawyers, and campaigns for real problems such as transmission.

  5. 5

    Keep families together

Consolidation conversations and steady service, so the relationship passes to the next generation.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we say we are the oldest firm in our district?
If it is true, you can show it, and your compliance officer agrees with the wording. A fact about the firm is a different matter from a claim about what a client will earn. Keep the proof where you can find it.
Do authorised persons have to use our name?
How the relationship is presented is set by your agreement and the exchange rules, and your compliance officer knows the current position. What we build is a kit that makes the approved version the easiest one to use.
Do stock broker advertisements need exchange approval?
Exchange rules on advertising by members can require approval before an advertisement is published, and your compliance officer knows the current process. We draft with those rules in mind and build the approval time into the schedule.
Can we promote stock tips or trading calls to attract clients?
No. Specific recommendations need the right SEBI registration and disclosures, and tip-led marketing attracts the complaints regulators watch for. We build campaigns on service, education and help with real problems.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
