Stock brokers · Reputation management

A complaint about an unauthorised trade outlives every campaign.

Reputation management for a broking firm means watching what is said about you on review sites, forums and the regulator's complaint route, and replying without disclosing a client's business. GullySales sets up the monitoring, the reply wording and the internal route that fixes what caused the complaint.

A statue plinth seen close: the bronze figure implied only by its feet and the hem of its drapery above the top of the frame, one face of the stone pedestal scrubbed pale and the other still grimy and carrying a scrawl of paint, with a pressure hose coiled on the steps beside a bucket, brushes and cloths

What reputation management means

Reputation management is watching what is said about your business across Google, social media and review sites, and responding to it before it changes a buyer's mind. GullySales monitors mentions, drafts responses to negative reviews and flags recurring complaints back to your team.

For stock brokers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • You cannot reply the way an ordinary business replies

A public answer naming a trade, a holding or an account is a disclosure problem. The reply has to acknowledge, move the conversation off the platform, and say nothing about the account itself.

  • A grievance filed with the regulator is counted

Complaints lodged through the investor grievance route are recorded and reported in a way a review never is. Fixing the cause matters more than the wording of any public reply.

  • The harshest reviews come from the derivatives client

Somebody who lost money in futures and options writes about the firm that opened the account. Your defence is what you did at the start: the disclosures read out, the conversation held, the record kept.

  • An authorised person's behaviour lands on your name

Investors do not separate the firm from the person in the next town who signed them up. What he promised becomes what you are accused of.

What we do

What we deliver for stock brokers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Monitoring across the places investors check

Google reviews, app store reviews, investor forums and social posts naming the firm, checked on a routine and read alongside the grievance register.

Result: Nothing sits unanswered for weeks.

  2. Reply wording agreed with compliance in advance

Approved responses for the common complaints, written to acknowledge and move the conversation off the platform without discussing an account.

Result: Nobody is drafting a public reply under pressure.

  3. A route from a public complaint to its cause

Each complaint traced to the branch, authorised person or process behind it, with the fix recorded as well as the reply.

Result: The same complaint stops arriving.

  4. The onboarding record that defends you

Disclosures, the suitability conversation and the client's acknowledgement kept in a form the firm can produce when an allegation is made.

Result: You can answer a claim with a record.

  5. Service reviews asked for, with written consent

Requests sent after a piece of service went well, about the service only, with consent held and no mention of profit or return.

Result: Recent reviews describe what you are allowed to be praised for.

How the result is measured

  • Average rating
  • Response time to reviews
  • Negative mentions resolved

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for stock brokers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at account opening, activation and dormancy numbers, branch and authorised person activity, and how content moves through compliance.

  2. 2

    Fix activation

A first-weeks routine for new accounts and a plan for the dormant book, so accounts opened become accounts used.

  3. 3

    Build the approved kit

Education content and templates written with compliance review built in, for head office, branches and authorised persons.

  4. 4

    Bring investors in

Local search for each branch, referral routines with CAs and lawyers, and campaigns for real problems such as transmission.

  5. 5

    Keep families together

Consolidation conversations and steady service, so the relationship passes to the next generation.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

A client is posting about losses on our platform. What now?
Answer once, briefly, offering to take it through the grievance process, and then actually take it there. Do not discuss the positions, the amounts or the client. Your audience is the next reader, not the person posting.
Can we get a bad review removed?
Rarely, and only where the platform's own rules were broken. Plan on pushing it down with recent service reviews and a visible reply instead. Where the complaint is genuine, the reply matters less than fixing what caused it.
Do stock broker advertisements need exchange approval?
Exchange rules on advertising by members can require approval before an advertisement is published, and your compliance officer knows the current process. We draft with those rules in mind and build the approval time into the schedule.
Can we promote stock tips or trading calls to attract clients?
No. Specific recommendations need the right SEBI registration and disclosures, and tip-led marketing attracts the complaints regulators watch for. We build campaigns on service, education and help with real problems.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
