Tax consulting firms · Social media

A due date reminder gets read, and a reel about the budget does not.

Social media for a tax firm reaches two people worth reaching: the client who forgets a due date, and the banker or fellow professional who sends work across. GullySales sets a posting routine on the compliance calendar, writes the rule on what is never posted, and keeps the partner's review in the way.

A community noticeboard under a small pitched roof, posters layered four deep, with a fresh notice just pinned over the corner of an older one

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For tax consulting firms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The budget-day post gets views and no clients

Thousands of professionals share the same slides that week, and the business owner who matters switched off by lunchtime.

  • Client facts cannot go into a post, ever

A win in an appeal is somebody's tax affairs, and putting it up breaks a confidence whether the name appears or not.

  • LinkedIn is where the referrer sits

Bankers, company secretaries and lawyers send work to people they see working, and that is a smaller and better audience than a feed.

What we do

What we deliver for tax consulting firms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A posting calendar built on due dates

Reminders and short explainers timed to the monthly returns, the quarterly statements, the July deadline and the audit season.

Result: Posts land when somebody has a reason to read.

  2. A written list of what is never posted

Client names, matters, outcomes, amounts and anything read out of a file, set down so an assistant never has to judge it.

Result: Nobody has to ask whether a post is safe.

  3. Partner profiles set up on LinkedIn

Each partner's profile completed within what your body allows, with a connection routine aimed at bankers and other professionals nearby.

Result: The person clients refer to is findable.

  4. WhatsApp lists split by client type

Separate lists for companies, firms, individuals and NRI clients, so a due date note goes only to the people it applies to.

    Result: Clients stop muting you.

  5. A plain note when something changes

A short explanation after a budget or a circular saying what moved and who it affects, written for an owner and not for a journal.

Result: Owners hear it from you before their neighbour.

  6. Enquiries traced back to the posting

A monthly note of which enquiries and referrals came from a profile or a message, against the position before the routine started.

Result: You can stop the parts that do nothing.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for tax consulting firms

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how clearly your site addresses real tax situations, how fast enquiries are answered during filing season, and where your referrals actually come from.

  2. 2

    Build trust with problem-led content

Pages addressing GST notices, approaching deadlines and common tax situations in the plain terms an anxious business owner actually searches for.

  3. 3

    Speed up the response

A same-day reply routine, particularly for urgent notice-related enquiries where a fast, clear answer decides who gets hired.

  4. 4

    Bring clients in

Search visibility and referral relationships with bankers, other professionals and satisfied existing clients.

  5. 5

    Keep clients through filing seasons

Deadline reminders sent ahead of time and a review rhythm that catches renewal conversations before a client drifts away.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should partners be posting on LinkedIn?
Yes, if it stays factual and inside what your body allows. The audience worth having is the professionals who refer, not a follower count. Two useful posts a month beat a daily habit nobody reads.
Can we post that we got a notice dropped?
No. Even without a name, the matter belongs to the client and the details identify them to anyone who knows the business. Write about the kind of notice and what the department asks for instead.
Do we need to advertise?
Not at first. A page that explains a GST notice reaches the owner who is searching for it today, with no media spend. Paid search helps for a short push, such as the fortnight before the July income tax deadline.
We are chartered accountants. Are we even allowed to market the firm?
Within limits. ICAI's Code of Ethics restricts how a CA in practice can advertise or solicit clients, and ICAI publishes guidelines on what a firm website may carry. We write explanatory pages inside those limits, with no claims of superiority, and your partner checks the copy before it goes live.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
