Telecom and broadband providers · Search engine optimisation

Show up when someone in your area asks who gives broadband at their address.

Search engine optimisation (SEO) for a broadband provider is the work of making your pages the answer when someone searches for a connection in their locality. GullySales builds an area page for each place you serve, explains plans in the buyer's terms and tracks which pages bring installations.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For telecom and broadband providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “One page for the whole city”

A buyer searches for broadband in his own locality and lands on a page listing everything you sell everywhere.

  • “Plans are named, not explained”

Gold, Silver and speed numbers do not tell a family of four what to buy.

  • “Pages show areas you cannot serve”

A listing that says citywide brings enquiries from places with no fibre, and wastes the sales team's day.

What we do

What we deliver for telecom and broadband providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Area and society pages

A page for each locality, road or society you serve, with what is available there and a feasibility check.

Result: Buyers find the page for their own address.

  2. Plan pages by use

Pages for home streaming, work from home, small shops and offices, with the plan that suits each.

Result: The buyer sees himself in the page.

  3. An honest coverage map

A clear list of areas covered, areas planned and areas not served.

Result: Enquiries come from places you can reach.

  4. Installation and support pages

What happens from booking to installation, what documents are needed and how to report a fault.

Result: Buyers and customers know the steps.

  5. Page structure and speed

Clear headings and a mobile-first layout with a call and a WhatsApp button.

Result: Most buyers search on a phone and can act at once.

  6. Tracking by area

A record of enquiries by page and area, with the result of each feasibility check.

Result: You see which areas to push or build.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Buyers name the place or the use. Each search shape needs its own page.

Broadband connection in a named locality
Create a page for each locality you serve, listing roads or societies covered and the connection types. Add a feasibility form that asks the address and the flat or house number.
Fibre broadband for a named apartment
For societies with a tie-up or a strong presence, write a page with the society's name, what is installed and how to book. Do this only where residents really are served.
Best broadband for work from home
Write for a person who needs a stable connection for video calls. Explain what to check in a plan, and which plan you recommend for a home office.
Leased line or business broadband for office
Give a page for small offices, clinics and shops, with static IP, a backup line and how a business connection differs from a home plan.
Broadband not working, internet down
This searcher is usually an existing customer. Make a support page with the complaint number and steps, so he does not search a competitor.
Searches to leave out
Pages that promise the fastest internet in India, or compare your plan with named providers on speed. You cannot prove it, and regulators watch claims.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the search engine optimisation work runs

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we make a page for each society?
Yes, for societies where you have a presence or a serious plan. A short page with the society's name, the services available and a form is enough. Do not publish pages for societies you cannot serve.
Do we need a blog?
Write only on questions your callers ask, such as how to choose a plan for a home office or what to check on a router. Link each post to the area or plan page. A general technology blog brings readers who will never buy.
Can we claim that our service is the fastest in the area?
Avoid it. Speed claims need evidence and are watched by regulators and by rivals. Describe the plan and the typical use, and say how to check a connection yourself. Check the current advertising rules.
Who owns the website and domain?
The company should hold the domain and hosting under its own name, with an email that does not depend on one employee. If an agency or a former technician owns them, move them across before any new work starts.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
