Website design and development companies · Social media

Show the build, not a quote card about good design.

Social media for a web company is where a consumer brand founder sees a store you built and an agency notices you deliver on time. GullySales runs the calendar, checks what each client allows you to show, and keeps posting through a delivery month.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For website design and development companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A launch post needs the client's word first”

White label builds cannot be shown at all, and a brand may want to announce its own new site before you do.

  • “Before and after beats a mockup”

The old site beside the new one, on a phone screen, is the only post an owner stops scrolling for.

  • “Two platforms, two buyers”

Consumer brand founders are on Instagram and the agencies who outsource builds are on LinkedIn, and one post does not work in both.

What we do

What we deliver for website design and development companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A clearance note per project

What each client has agreed you may show and from when, recorded at sign-off, including the agency builds you may never name.

Result: Nothing goes up that costs you a client.

  2. A before and after from every launch

The old site and the new one captured on a phone the week the project goes live, with one line about what changed for the business.

Result: You always have something real to put up.

  3. LinkedIn for agencies, Instagram for founders

Two short calendars, one showing turnaround and reliability to agencies, the other showing stores and design to consumer brand founders.

Result: Each buyer sees posts written for them.

  4. A screen recording at every handover

A two-minute walkthrough of the finished site, recorded while you train the client, usable as a post, a case page and a reply to an enquiry.

Result: One recording does three jobs.

  5. Posts banked for the delivery month

A month of approved posts scheduled before a heavy build starts, so nothing depends on somebody being free in the busiest fortnight.

Result: The feed keeps moving while the team is heads down.

  6. Messages that became projects, counted

Enquiries that started as a direct message or a profile visit recorded by platform, against the baseline recorded before work starts.

Result: You find out which platform is worth the hour.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Platform for this buyer

Where web buyers look, and what a web studio posts on each.

Instagram reels of a site scrolled on a phone
Show a client's new site on a phone with the change they asked for: a booking page, a catalogue. The action is to send a link to the current site for a review.
LinkedIn for agencies and B2B founders
Post a thread on one build: what the brief was, one decision, what went live. The action is to book a call about a project.
Behance and Dribbble for design work
Post interface studies and a case with the contact link in the profile. Designers and agency leads look here. The action is to message for a collaboration.
YouTube handover tutorials
Record how a client edits a page or adds a product on the site you built, with no real data. The action is to ask for a handover session on a new project.
Facebook groups of local business owners
Answer 'who can make a website for my clinic or shop' with a related build and a link. Follow the group's rules. The action is a message with the business and what it sells.
What not to post
A client's admin login or dashboard, a template demo presented as custom work, a redesign of a named business you were not asked to touch, and a client's traffic figures.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why a studio brings us in for its own pipeline.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

We work the part after the enquiry as well: the reply, the follow-up, the proposal and the CRM your own pipeline runs on.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How often should a small studio post?
Once a week, at a pace you can keep. A launch, a before and after and one fix fill a month.
Do reels bring in web projects?
Rarely on their own. They keep you in front of founders who will need a store later.
How should we handle DMs that ask for a quote with no details?
Reply with three questions: what the business sells, what the site must do, and when it is needed. A price without them is a guess. Offer a call or a short form. Log the message and the source so you can tell which platform brought it.
Should we post free tutorials, such as how to use a page builder?
Yes if they answer a question a buyer would have, and end with how to ask for help. Keep them short. Link one tutorial to your service page so someone who needs help can find you.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
