Computer and mobile repair shops · Pay per click advertising

Pay for the search that comes from a person with a broken device in their hand, and block the others.

PPC for a computer or mobile repair shop is paid search aimed at people searching for a repair near them right now. A person with a broken screen clicks within minutes. GullySales builds the campaigns, sets the shop's area and hours and blocks the searches from people who want to buy a device or learn repair.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend against enquiries received.

For computer and mobile repair shops

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Course and parts searches share the same words”

Mobile repair course, repair tools and spare parts wholesale come from students and other shops. They cost the same per click as a customer.

  • “Advertisements run when the shop is closed”

A person clicks at ten at night and gets a closed shutter or an unanswered call. The click is paid for and the customer is gone.

  • “Clicks come from areas you do not serve”

A shop in one locality pays for clicks across the city. The person will not travel for a screen change.

What we do

What we deliver for computer and mobile repair shops.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Repair campaigns by device and fault

Separate campaigns for phone screens, laptop faults and data recovery, each with its own page.

Result: A person lands on the page for their fault.

  2. Hours and area settings

Advertisements shown only when the shop is open and within the area you serve.

Result: Calls come when someone can answer.

  3. Negative search list

A list of terms to block: courses, tools, spare parts wholesale, jobs, second hand phones.

Result: Budget stops going to students and shops.

  4. Call and WhatsApp tracking

A tracked number and a click-to-chat link for each campaign.

Result: You see which campaign brought a customer in.

  5. Search terms review

A reading of the terms that triggered the advertisements and what was blocked.

Result: The owner sees where the money went, in plain words.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches to bid on and block

The searches worth paying for at a repair shop, and the ones to keep out.

[model] screen replacement or battery change near me
Bid. The person has a broken device and wants it done today. Put the model, the area and the warranty in the advertisement. Send the customer to a page with a call and WhatsApp button.
Laptop repair, not charging, keyboard or screen
Bid in a separate campaign. The laptop buyer will visit or ask for pickup. Land on a page with the faults you repair and the pickup areas.
Data recovery from a hard disk or a phone
Bid in a small campaign. The customer is anxious and decides on trust. Say how data is handled and ask the customer to call, not to leave the device.
Computer AMC for small offices
Bid for office managers. Land on a business page and ask for the number of systems and the area. Treat it apart from walk-in repair.
Mobile repair course, tools, spare parts wholesale, jobs
Block. These come from students and other repairers. Add course, training, tools, wholesale, job and vacancy as negatives.
Where the click lands, and what to count
Send each click to the page for that repair. Count a call or message that names the model and the fault, and a device that actually reaches the counter.

Who it is for

This is written for these computer and mobile repair shops.

  • Mobile phone repair shops
  • Laptop and desktop repair shops
  • Chip-level and motherboard specialists
  • Data recovery services
  • Computer AMC providers for offices
  • Mobile accessory and repair shops
  • Apple and premium device repairers
  • Repair kiosks in malls and markets

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Nobody answers the phone during the hours the advertisement runs, so each paid call would be lost.
  • You cannot tell which call became a repair, so the spending could not be judged.

How it works

How the pay per click advertising work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Agree the whole budget

We fix the total paid budget across platforms, who owns each ad account, and how much is open to moving.

  2. 2

    Audit tracking and accounts

We check that conversions fire once, that calls and WhatsApp chats are counted, and that your enquiry sheet matches what the platforms say.

  3. 3

    Set one definition of success

You and we agree what a qualified enquiry is and what an order is, so every platform is judged the same way.

  4. 4

    Build and launch the plan

Campaigns are structured across platforms with shared naming and tags from day one.

  5. 5

Read search terms and lead quality

We review the queries that triggered ads and the enquiries that arrived, and remove waste before moving money.

  6. 6

    Reallocate and report

Budget moves toward what is earning, within agreed limits. Results are reported against the baseline, at the frequency agreed in writing.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should I bid on my own shop name?
Yes, in a small separate campaign. A customer who heard of you may type your name, and a rival may appear above you. It costs little and keeps the customer from drifting.
Is call-only a good option?
Often, for a repair shop. A person with a dead phone prefers to call. Use it with call tracking and only in opening hours, and drop it if calls go unanswered.
How do I keep job seekers and students away?
Add job, vacancy, course, training and tools as negative terms, and review the search terms report after the first few days of spend. New irrelevant terms always appear.
How do I know a call was a real customer?
Ask each caller for the model and the fault, and write it down. Match the call to the device that came in the shop. A job card is the proof of a customer, not a click.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
