Vaastu consultants · Branding

Look like a practice, not like a page selling remedies.

Branding for a vaastu consultant is about looking like somebody a family would let into their home, and somebody a builder would put on a project. GullySales settles the tone, the way your marked-up plan and report look, and what the practice will never say.

A sign-painter's bench: a shop sign on a low easel lettered as far as its last character, which is still only pencilled in, a mahl stick laid across the work, open tins of paint on the floor and a finished sign hanging from its iron bracket above

What branding means

Branding is what a customer remembers about your business beyond the product, including your name, colours, tone of voice and what you are known for locally. GullySales sets or corrects this once and applies it consistently across your website, signage and adverts so the business looks like one company everywhere.

For vaastu consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The marked-up plan is your identity

The family keeps it, the architect opens it and the builder forwards it. No logo of yours will ever be looked at as closely.

  • Restraint is the positioning

The category is full of alarm and objects for sale. A calm, plainly written practice stands apart without spending anything on design.

  • Your name and your tradition are the credential

Families ask how long you have practised and which tradition you follow before they ask anything else. That belongs at the top of the page, not in a footer.

  • A builder is paying for a document

The same opinion given in a voice note and in a signed report with a marked drawing are worth very different fees. Professional firms pay for the second.

What we do

What we deliver for vaastu consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A written rule on what the practice will not say

No promises about money, health or fortune, no forwarded warnings, no comment on another consultant's advice, agreed once and applied everywhere.

Result: The practice sounds the same wherever it appears.

  2. A report and marked-plan template

One layout for the drawing markup, the observations and the suggested changes, with your name, tradition and contact in fixed places.

Result: What the family keeps looks like a professional document.

  3. A one-page profile for builders and designers

Who you are, what you check, how quickly you turn a layout around and how the fee works, in a sheet a project manager can circulate.

Result: A developer can approve you without a long meeting.

  4. A consistent look across site and listing

The same type, colours and photographs on the website, the Business Profile and anything printed, rather than three different practices.

Result: A family checking two places sees one consultant.

  5. A credentials block used everywhere

Years in practice, the tradition you follow, the kinds of property you advise on and the languages you consult in, written once.

Result: The question families always ask is already answered.

  6. A name and mark review only if it blocks you

An honest look at whether the name or logo is costing you work before any money goes on redrawing them.

Result: Nothing is redesigned for its own sake.

How the result is measured

  • Recognition in customer feedback
  • Consistency across channels
  • Repeat enquiries by name

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for vaastu consultants

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how families and builders find you today, how fast a floor plan on WhatsApp gets a reply, and how the fee is explained on the phone.

  2. 2

    Fix the reply

A routine for acknowledging a plan or a call within the hour, a clear fee note for each service, and a record of every enquiry and visit booked.

  3. 3

    Build the service pages

A page for each service, such as a flat site visit, a plot review or an office consultation, written plainly and without claims about results.

  4. 4

    Bring enquiries in

Local search around the localities where you work, a profile that shows your years of practice, and a referral routine with builders and interior designers.

  5. 5

    Keep the relationships warm

Follow-up with families after griha pravesh, a note to builders before each new launch, and a review ask after a visit the family found useful.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Will looking professional make the practice seem commercial?
Not if the words stay plain and nothing is promised. Families are uneasy about consultants who sound like salesmen, not about ones whose report is clearly written. A neat document reads as respect for the work.
Should the practice carry our own name or a trading name?
Your own name, if families already ask for you by it. A practice passed down carries its reputation in a surname. A trading name makes sense only when several consultants work under one roof.
Will marketing make vaastu look commercial?
It does not have to. We write in a calm, respectful voice, explain what you do and how you work, and leave out fear-based lines and claims about wealth or health. Families trust a consultant who speaks plainly more than one who promises results.
Can we say what results a family will see?
No, and we will not write it. Outcome promises can be treated as misleading under the Consumer Protection Act and the ASCI advertising code. Your pages describe the service and your experience, not what will happen after.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
