Vaastu consultants · Search engine optimisation

Rank for the consultation people book, not for the rules people read.

Search engine optimisation for a vaastu practice separates two very different searches: people reading about a direction, and families looking for a consultant before a booking deadline. GullySales builds a page for each consultation you offer, states how the fee works, and leaves the rule articles to their own smaller job.

A street junction fingerpost: several lettered direction arms on one post, the top arm freshly painted and pointing down your street while the others have weathered, with the paint tin and brush still at its foot

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For vaastu consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Most vaastu searching is reading, not hiring

Enormous numbers of people type the direction of a kitchen and will never pay anybody. The search that ends in a booking has a city, a property and a deadline behind it.

  • The hiring search arrives with a date on it

A family checks a flat before the booking amount is due, or a plot before registration. Those pages have to exist and load quickly, because the decision is made that week.

  • A factory owner will not ring a site about homes

Shops, offices, godowns and factory plots each have their own search. A practice with one general page loses all of them to somebody more specific.

  • No page of yours should promise an outcome

Claims about wealth, health or a career can be treated as misleading under consumer and advertising rules. Your own adviser reads the wording, and the exposure is your practice's, not ours.

What we do

What we deliver for vaastu consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each consultation you offer

Flat site visit, plot review before registration, griha pravesh guidance, shop and office consultation and factory layout, each with what the visit covers.

Result: A family books knowing exactly what they are paying for.

  2. The fee basis written on the page

A starting figure for a plan review and a site visit, with what changes it for a large plot, an outstation trip or an industrial site.

Result: The callers who vanish over fees stop calling.

  3. Rule explainers kept separate and pointed somewhere

The articles about directions and rooms written to be useful, each ending with the consultation they lead to rather than with nothing.

Result: Reading traffic occasionally turns into a booking.

  4. Every claim read before it is published

Anything on the site that could be read as a promise, removed or reworded, with your own adviser confirming what remains.

Result: Nothing on the site is a sentence you would have to defend.

  5. A technical clear-out of the website

Slow pages, unreadable text on a phone, missing headings and a WhatsApp number that does not open a chat, all repaired.

Result: A family on a phone at night can actually reach you.

  6. Enquiries reported page by page

Which pages are found, which are read and which produced a call, measured against the baseline recorded before work started.

Result: You can see which consultation your site actually sells.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for vaastu consultants

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how families and builders find you today, how fast a floor plan on WhatsApp gets a reply, and how the fee is explained on the phone.

  2. 2

    Fix the reply

A routine for acknowledging a plan or a call within the hour, a clear fee note for each service, and a record of every enquiry and visit booked.

  3. 3

    Build the service pages

A page for each service, such as a flat site visit, a plot review or an office consultation, written plainly and without claims about results.

  4. 4

    Bring enquiries in

Local search around the localities where you work, a profile that shows your years of practice, and a referral routine with builders and interior designers.

  5. 5

    Keep the relationships warm

Follow-up with families after griha pravesh, a note to builders before each new launch, and a review ask after a visit the family found useful.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is it worth writing about directions if those readers never hire us?
A few pages, yes, because they bring people who later need a consultant and they show how you explain things. Keep most of the effort on the consultation pages. Each rule page should end with what a review of their own plan would cost.
We also review plans by video for other cities. Does that change the pages?
Yes. A separate page for plan review by video, saying what you need from the family and how the fee works, catches searches from cities you cannot visit. It also stops an outstation caller assuming you will travel.
Will marketing make vaastu look commercial?
It does not have to. We write in a calm, respectful voice, explain what you do and how you work, and leave out fear-based lines and claims about wealth or health. Families trust a consultant who speaks plainly more than one who promises results.
Can we say what results a family will see?
No, and we will not write it. Outcome promises can be treated as misleading under the Consumer Protection Act and the ASCI advertising code. Your pages describe the service and your experience, not what will happen after.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
