Vaastu consultants · Email marketing

Use email for builders and architects, and WhatsApp for families.

Email marketing for a vaastu consultant has one useful audience, which is the builders, architects and designers who need an opinion before a drawing is signed off. GullySales writes that outreach, shapes your report into a document worth forwarding, and leaves family reminders on WhatsApp.

A post room: a wall rack of pigeonholes with sorted letters and strapped bundles, a loaded mail trolley wheeled up in front of it, and on the bench a franking machine with one envelope under the press arm, franked and cleared

What email marketing means

Email marketing is sending planned messages to a list of past and prospective customers who have agreed to hear from you. It suits offers, updates and staying in touch with someone who is not ready to buy yet. GullySales writes and schedules these emails and tracks who opens, clicks and enquires.

For vaastu consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • A family will not open your email

The plan came on WhatsApp at eleven at night and everything after it should go back the same way. An inbox campaign aimed at home buyers is money and hours wasted.

  • A design office runs on attachments

The drawing, your markup and the sign-off all live in a project folder somebody has to be able to find in six months.

  • Your report is the thing that travels

One document gets opened by the architect, the builder and three members of the family. It is the only marketing of yours that reaches people you never met.

What we do

What we deliver for vaastu consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. An introduction written for professional firms

A short note to builders, architects and interior designers explaining how you work with their drawings and how fast you return them.

Result: A firm can decide about you without a meeting.

  2. A report format built to be forwarded

The marked plan, the observations and the suggested changes laid out so somebody who was not on the call understands it.

Result: Your work introduces you to people you have not met.

  3. A note before each new project launch

A message to developers you have worked with, timed to when layouts are being drawn rather than when the brochure is printed.

Result: You are asked before the plan is fixed, not after.

  4. A checklist that opens a professional relationship

A short sheet on what you need from a drawing to review it, sent as the first useful thing rather than a request for work.

Result: A designer has a reason to keep your address.

  5. One contact record with permissions noted

Every builder, designer and past family with how you met them and what they agreed to receive, kept beside the consultation history.

Result: Nobody is written to twice or forgotten entirely.

  6. Replies and referred projects reported

Who answered, which firms sent a drawing and what became a consultation, measured against the baseline set in the audit.

Result: You can see which firms are worth another call.

How the result is measured

  • Open rate
  • Click rate
  • Enquiries from email

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for vaastu consultants

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how families and builders find you today, how fast a floor plan on WhatsApp gets a reply, and how the fee is explained on the phone.

  2. 2

    Fix the reply

A routine for acknowledging a plan or a call within the hour, a clear fee note for each service, and a record of every enquiry and visit booked.

  3. 3

    Build the service pages

A page for each service, such as a flat site visit, a plot review or an office consultation, written plainly and without claims about results.

  4. 4

    Bring enquiries in

Local search around the localities where you work, a profile that shows your years of practice, and a referral routine with builders and interior designers.

  5. 5

    Keep the relationships warm

Follow-up with families after griha pravesh, a note to builders before each new launch, and a review ask after a visit the family found useful.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we send families a note about auspicious dates?
Send it on WhatsApp, where it will be read, and keep it short and free of warnings. Email suits the professional list, where a dated note about an upcoming season can prompt a builder to send layouts.
What goes into a first email to a builder?
What you check on a layout, how long you take, what the fee depends on and one line on your practice. Attach a specimen markup so they can see the output. Ask for a drawing to look at rather than for a meeting.
Will marketing make vaastu look commercial?
It does not have to. We write in a calm, respectful voice, explain what you do and how you work, and leave out fear-based lines and claims about wealth or health. Families trust a consultant who speaks plainly more than one who promises results.
Can we say what results a family will see?
No, and we will not write it. Outcome promises can be treated as misleading under the Consumer Protection Act and the ASCI advertising code. Your pages describe the service and your experience, not what will happen after.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
