Vaastu consultants · Digital marketing

Build the practice on builders and search, and leave the rest alone.

Digital marketing for a vaastu consultant is a short plan: be visible where families are buying, be easy for a builder to work with, and reply the same day. GullySales sets that plan to the size of your diary, keeps the tone steady, and reports booked consultations rather than followers.

A steam traction engine belted across a stackyard to a wooden threshing machine: the long flat belt taut between the flywheel and the drive pulley, the flywheel spinning, a straw elevator raking up off the far end, a full sack hanging on the sack spout, a corn stack half taken down behind and a water cart standing by

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For vaastu consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Builders and designers are the steady half

Families arrive once and disappear. A developer who has you check every layout, and a designer who calls before a kitchen is ordered, send work for years.

  • Fear content works, and you should refuse it

Alarming posts travel further than calm ones. They also bring the callers who argue, and they cost you the families who wanted somebody serious.

  • A practice is one person's diary

You can only visit so many sites in a week. A plan that produces more enquiries than you can see is a plan that makes you slow to reply.

  • The person who decides may not read English

The couple searches, and the elder settles it. Pages in English for search, with explanations in Kannada, Telugu or Hindi, cover both.

What we do

What we deliver for vaastu consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plan sized to the visits you can make

How many consultations a week you can genuinely take, with the channels turned up or down to match rather than left running.

Result: You never lose a family because you were too busy to reply.

  2. Outreach to builders, architects and designers

A named list of firms in the areas you work, a short introduction for each and a note to send before every new launch.

Result: The repeat half of the practice is worked on deliberately.

  3. The listing and the consultation pages first

The Business Profile and a page per service set up before any advertising money is committed, because both cost time rather than spend.

Result: The free routes are working before the paid ones start.

  4. A written rule on tone and claims

What the practice will not say, agreed once, covering promises, fear, forwarded messages and anything about somebody else's consultant.

Result: Every page and post sounds like the same practice.

  5. A stop list of what has produced nothing

Directory subscriptions, boosted posts and pages that have not brought a consultation, named and ended.

Result: You stop paying for something nobody ever counted.

  6. A review before the engagement term ends

A written look at what to keep and what to drop, prepared at the close of the term rather than left to continue by default.

Result: The next term is decided on what happened.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these vaastu consultants.

  • Independent vaastu consultants working from home or a small office
  • Vaastu consultants attached to a temple, math or astrology practice
  • Consultants who also practise as architects or civil engineers
  • Vaastu advisers working with builders and developers on layouts
  • Consultants specialising in commercial, shop and office vaastu
  • Consultants advising on factories, warehouses and industrial plots
  • Online vaastu consultants reviewing plans across cities
  • Family practices passed down from a senior consultant

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for vaastu consultants

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how families and builders find you today, how fast a floor plan on WhatsApp gets a reply, and how the fee is explained on the phone.

  2. 2

    Fix the reply

A routine for acknowledging a plan or a call within the hour, a clear fee note for each service, and a record of every enquiry and visit booked.

  3. 3

    Build the service pages

A page for each service, such as a flat site visit, a plot review or an office consultation, written plainly and without claims about results.

  4. 4

    Bring enquiries in

Local search around the localities where you work, a profile that shows your years of practice, and a referral routine with builders and interior designers.

  5. 5

    Keep the relationships warm

Follow-up with families after griha pravesh, a note to builders before each new launch, and a review ask after a visit the family found useful.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How much work can a single consultant actually take?
Count the site visits you can make in a week and work backwards. Plan reviews by video stretch that, because they take an hour rather than half a day. Build the plan around those two numbers instead of chasing every enquiry.
We have nothing online at all. Where do we start?
The Business Profile, a page for each consultation with the fee basis, and a rule for replying the same evening. The free audit looks at how enquiries reach you now and how long they wait. Advertising comes after those three are working.
Will marketing make vaastu look commercial?
It does not have to. We write in a calm, respectful voice, explain what you do and how you work, and leave out fear-based lines and claims about wealth or health. Families trust a consultant who speaks plainly more than one who promises results.
Can we say what results a family will see?
No, and we will not write it. Outcome promises can be treated as misleading under the Consumer Protection Act and the ASCI advertising code. Your pages describe the service and your experience, not what will happen after.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
