Vaastu consultants · Lead generation

Answer the floor plan that lands at eleven with a deadline on Saturday.

Lead generation for a vaastu practice is the gap between a floor plan arriving on WhatsApp at night and a consultation being booked and paid for. GullySales sets up the questions that make a plan answerable, an acknowledgement the same evening, and a fee note that ends the guessing.

A sorting hopper in a depot yard: a wide gold hopper on a steel frame, its throat splitting into three chutes that feed three floor bins, one heaped past its own spout, one half caught, one barely started

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For vaastu consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • A plan without a facing cannot be answered

Families send a photograph of a brochure page and wait. Three questions asked in the first reply turn it into something you can actually look at.

  • The deadline sorts the list for you

A family paying a booking amount this week comes before one who registered last month. Ask when the money is due and the order of your day decides itself.

  • A caller who asks only the fee never understood the visit

They are comparing a number with nothing attached to it. Say what the visit covers, how long it takes and what they receive afterwards, and the question changes.

  • A house already bought is different work

Selection is over and what remains is what can be changed without breaking walls. It deserves its own conversation and its own fee, not the same quote.

What we do

What we deliver for vaastu consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Four questions that make a plan answerable

The compass facing, the city, whether the property is booked or registered, and when the decision is due, asked before anything else.

Result: You look at a plan once, not three times.

  2. An acknowledgement the same evening

A short reply confirming the plan arrived, what you need to review it and when you will come back, sent while the family is still awake.

Result: The family stops ringing the next consultant.

  3. A fee note for each kind of consultation

One page stating what a plan review, a site visit and an outstation visit include, and what changes the figure.

Result: Everyone in your office quotes the same thing.

  4. A record of every plan received

Who sent it, from where, at what stage of purchase, what was quoted and whether it became a visit, in one place.

Result: You can see how many plans never got an answer.

  5. A follow-up after the family's own deadline

A short message a week after the date they mentioned, since many purchases slip and a booking that fell through often comes back.

Result: Enquiries that went quiet are picked up again.

  6. Plans, quotes and visits counted monthly

How many arrived, how many were quoted and how many became consultations, against the baseline taken before work started.

Result: The step where families drop away becomes visible.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for vaastu consultants

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how families and builders find you today, how fast a floor plan on WhatsApp gets a reply, and how the fee is explained on the phone.

  2. 2

    Fix the reply

A routine for acknowledging a plan or a call within the hour, a clear fee note for each service, and a record of every enquiry and visit booked.

  3. 3

    Build the service pages

A page for each service, such as a flat site visit, a plot review or an office consultation, written plainly and without claims about results.

  4. 4

    Bring enquiries in

Local search around the localities where you work, a profile that shows your years of practice, and a referral routine with builders and interior designers.

  5. 5

    Keep the relationships warm

Follow-up with families after griha pravesh, a note to builders before each new launch, and a review ask after a visit the family found useful.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What should we ask when a plan comes in at night?
The facing, the city, whether it is booked or registered, and the date they have to decide. Those four answers tell you whether it is urgent, whether it is selection or remedy work, and what to quote. They take one message to ask.
Should we say the fee on the first call?
Yes, with what it includes. Families ask other consultants the same question, and silence reads as a number that will change later. A written note with a starting figure and what raises it settles it once.
Will marketing make vaastu look commercial?
It does not have to. We write in a calm, respectful voice, explain what you do and how you work, and leave out fear-based lines and claims about wealth or health. Families trust a consultant who speaks plainly more than one who promises results.
Can we say what results a family will see?
No, and we will not write it. Outcome promises can be treated as misleading under the Consumer Protection Act and the ASCI advertising code. Your pages describe the service and your experience, not what will happen after.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
