Vaastu consultants · Reputation management

Collect reviews about the visit, never about what happened afterwards.

Reputation management for a vaastu consultant is about reviews from families who found the visit useful, and about replying calmly when somebody dismisses the practice altogether. GullySales sets the review ask, writes a reply rule that avoids arguing over belief, and keeps result claims out of your testimonials.

A statue plinth seen close: the bronze figure implied only by its feet and the hem of its drapery above the top of the frame, one face of the stone pedestal scrubbed pale and the other still grimy and carrying a scrawl of paint, with a pressure hose coiled on the steps beside a bucket, brushes and cloths

What reputation management means

Reputation management is watching what is said about your business across Google, social media and review sites, and responding to it before it changes a buyer's mind. GullySales monitors mentions, drafts responses to negative reviews and flags recurring complaints back to your team.

For vaastu consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • A testimonial claiming a result is a risk you did not need

A pleased client writes that everything improved after your visit, and that sentence then sits on your page as your claim. Take advice before publishing any of them.

  • Somebody will call the whole practice nonsense in public

Answering that argument is a fight you cannot win in a review box. Describe what you actually do in two lines and stop there.

  • Ask after the report, not after the outcome

The family can judge whether you explained clearly and turned the plan around in time. Nothing else is theirs to judge that week.

  • Word of mouth still ends in a search

A relative gives your name at a family gathering and the couple looks you up the same evening. What they find decides whether the call happens.

What we do

What we deliver for vaastu consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A review ask sent with the report

A short request when the marked-up plan goes out, asking about the clarity of the advice and how quickly you replied.

Result: Reviews describe the service rather than a result.

  2. A reply rule for dismissive posts

Two calm lines that say what a consultation involves and offer a conversation, with nobody at your end drawn into a debate.

Result: An argument in public ends in one reply.

  3. Testimonials checked for promises

Every quote you plan to publish read for claims about money, health or fortune, with your own adviser confirming what can stay.

Result: Nothing on your page is a promise somebody else made for you.

  4. Monitoring of the places families ask

Google, JustDial and the community pages where residents of new layouts swap names, checked on a fixed day each week.

Result: You see what is said about the practice as it appears.

  5. Old and duplicate listings tidied

Entries from an earlier office, a wrong number and profiles nobody has opened in years, claimed or removed.

Result: A family searching your name finds one current practice.

  6. Reviews reported beside bookings

New reviews, rating and reply time read next to consultations booked, against the baseline recorded before work started.

Result: You can tell when a rating is holding calls back.

How the result is measured

  • Average rating
  • Response time to reviews
  • Negative mentions resolved

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for vaastu consultants

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how families and builders find you today, how fast a floor plan on WhatsApp gets a reply, and how the fee is explained on the phone.

  2. 2

    Fix the reply

A routine for acknowledging a plan or a call within the hour, a clear fee note for each service, and a record of every enquiry and visit booked.

  3. 3

    Build the service pages

A page for each service, such as a flat site visit, a plot review or an office consultation, written plainly and without claims about results.

  4. 4

    Bring enquiries in

Local search around the localities where you work, a profile that shows your years of practice, and a referral routine with builders and interior designers.

  5. 5

    Keep the relationships warm

Follow-up with families after griha pravesh, a note to builders before each new launch, and a review ask after a visit the family found useful.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

A client wants to write that our advice made his business prosper. Can we publish that?
Be careful. Once it is on your page it reads as your claim, whoever wrote it. Ask him instead to describe the visit, the changes suggested and how clearly they were explained. Have your own adviser look at anything stronger before it goes up.
Someone has posted that vaastu is superstition. Do we reply?
Once, briefly, without argument. Say what a consultation involves and that families are welcome to decide for themselves. A long defence brings more comments and keeps the post visible for weeks.
Will marketing make vaastu look commercial?
It does not have to. We write in a calm, respectful voice, explain what you do and how you work, and leave out fear-based lines and claims about wealth or health. Families trust a consultant who speaks plainly more than one who promises results.
Can we say what results a family will see?
No, and we will not write it. Outcome promises can be treated as misleading under the Consumer Protection Act and the ASCI advertising code. Your pages describe the service and your experience, not what will happen after.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
